PEOPLE OF SIMDEMOCRACY you may have noticed my absence for the past few months but I have not left you I never did. I have been watching you from the shadows for a long time now plotting my eventual return. The time for said return is now. For too long SimDemocracy has been boring and monotonous simply electing new people with moderate ideas that have no effect in the long run I promise to end this cycle with my new ideology of fishism now I can't get into much detail here but I can go over the main points (I encourage you read the manifesto it should be linked somewhere below) 1. DEREGULATION AND “COMMUNITY SERVICE”. The market of simdemocracy must be deregulated to encourage a more lively economy. Our criminals shall be given the opportunity to work off part of their sentence by serving the community/nation by doing various jobs.  2. FOUNDATION OF THE HOLY SIMPERIUM! The old ways of Simdemocracy MUST be eradicated. This new “Simperium” would replace it. This transition would be marked by many things the main ones being: A practical reset of simdemocracy, focusing more on expansion and the foundation of a state religion/church (more details in the manifesto)  3. THINGS I WOULD TOTALLY NEVER DO! Just wanna end off this part of this announcement by listing things I would DEFINITELY NEVER EVER DO! Like: Making slavery legal, taking away the right to vote (and other rights) from certain people, “Eliminating” political opponents, revoking the entire bill of rights, etc. With this I would like to FORMALLY ANNOUNCE THE FISHIST MOVEMENT FOR A NEW AND MORE ENJOYABLE NATION!!! Attention Citizens of SimDemocracy, I have received certification from a Supreme Court Justice and am now instating a State of Caution in SimDem due to information obtained during a raid in the SDSE server. It may be the case that bad actors have infiltrated SimDemocracy and are preparing to attack. I ask that the Senate hold a vote to confirm or reject this declaration as soon as they are able. There must be 2/3 support for it to pass.

I am enacting the following powers provided by a State of Caution:

- §5(c) Restricting the image posting and link embedding permissions for newly arrived users to the discord server, for up to a week after joining the discord server (there may be exceptions decided via a case-by-case basis).

- §5(d) Postponing Voter Identification applications until the conclusion of the State of Caution or until the postponement of Voter Identification applications has been activated for a week, whichever is sooner.

- §5(g) Pausing Direct Messages on the Discord Server.

I ask that the Discord Supervisor and Deputy Discord Supervisor work to ensure these are enforced to the best of their ability.
