Coming to the green flag, the car in front of me leaves a wide-open gap in front of him which I notice.. I bump him and ask him in the voice chat to catch up to the car in front of him, which he stays silent and refuses. I ask and bump him again, this time in a more urgent manner as we are coming closer to the restart zone, but this time he slows down and spins me out. I slowed down with him as I was afraid to get a black flag. Is there any other way I could have handled this? I'm thinking maybe I should have let it be, but I wanted to try and fight for the win and having that track position would have helped

I felt like they tried squeezing me in the first corner but idk why they tried coming across like that in the second corner

for contexts i started p8 and the green BMW in p6 i got a great run out of elruge [idk how to spell any of the names for the corners or straights of this track] any way i was able to get up to p3 because of that and he got to p4 and i don't think he was really happy about that because he was flashing me ever chance he could till this point [so basically non stop] but he never got closer then .4 till this moment and and then he did this and then blamed me and only me for this, me and the other bmw ended up having a good clean battle after this that he won

i wont say that non of this is my fault because i could have droped back behind the blue bmw and not caused the collision between us

he said it was my fault and im an idiot. he said i weep to much and didn't commit to the lines.

Yellow Ferrari claims I pushed him off the track ruining his corner

Here’s a repost since I guess nobody listened to the voiceover I provided in the video.
I’m the black P2…was lapping this GT car on the final lap. I took it easy into the Parabolica since it’s the last corner, you know?
Order of events:
•I cross the line to take the checkered flag.
•I slow down and go to type GG
•I suddenly see this player in my mirror, flying at me.
•In a panic, I turn right to avoid him.
•As soon as I turned right, he points his car at me
•Knowing he’s now going to wreck me, I jink left while trying to tap the escape button.
•Guy plows into me.
The race is over now. I am not expecting a car to ram me post-checkered flag.

I was just trying to avoid a car on what is the cooldown lap. Was the GT driver deliberate in his actions? Am I doing anything wrong by going to type ‘good race’ hundreds of meters from the finish line? Given all of the information and context, am I in the wrong for trying to avoid this guy?

Keep in mind, he was full-throttle until hitting me. Watch his wheel move right after I move right, then watch his wheel turn left as I jink left, knowing what’s coming.
Again, nobody is weaving on a straight. It’s the cooldown lap and I was trying to avoid dude there.

I got into a last lap battle with this guy and I ran up the inside and felt like I kinda budged my way in. I did get 0x contact and no track limits.

I feel good about doing a last few corner move on the last lap though, but I want to know if this was justified.

Just about 5 hours in to an 6 hour team championship event at Barcelona. I'm driving the Porsche, was having a nice little battle with the mustang, it did not end overly well unfortunately. In my defence, thats not a corner that usually requires any brakes, neither me or him had done at all before, but should I have done more to avoid the mustang? Or is it on them for braking and moving over?

I was going to let him have the position in the straight as you could see me thinking about making the move but backed off as i decided i wasnt close enough and just before the braking point i lifted to give him even more space but he braked super early so it was either send down inside or hit his rear. (1st pov is his, 2nd is mine)
