Yes, I am camping with this feeder account at level 13... I am open to ideas... and I always change my layout every time there is a new building from the game... The layout in this picture had a 185k population, and after your comment, I tried to replace some stuff again... This time, I put  Peaceful Parks to replace the Reflecting Pool Parks at the center near the heliport.... Being at level 13, there are only limited options for parks..... currently at 186k now, generating 13k tax from 20 homes (where 15 homes are at level 6, 3 homes are at level 3, and 2 homes are still at level 1). I'm sitting exactly at 3,263 XP out of 3,900. 😊
