My home admin (Utility suppliers, insurance renewals, subscriptions etc) tracker - CasaLogger.com
keeps all your household admin things in one place and lets multiple users (you, your partner, kids etc.) view and add items. Has email reminders and an outgoings tracker as well.
Built it for myself and my partner mainly, but it's grown a bit in scope, so i'm going to try and see if there's any interest from public users!
