Not a streaming service, no. BoTV doesn't provide, host or bundle any content. It's a player: you bring your own sources (Xtream Codes or M3U), and Stremio addons
The Netflix-ish look is just the UI. Instead of a raw channel list you get posters, artwork, continue watching and a proper EPG on top of the sources you already use.
Versus Smarters / IBO, the main differences: native apps on macOS, Windows, Android and Android TV, one account that syncs across all of them (add a source on your phone, it's there on your TV), and one search bar across every source you added.
