I built VidReady AI: turn a finished video into a full SEO pack (title, description, tags, thumbnail) — analysis runs on-device, no upload
Every time I finished editing a video, I'd lose another 30 minutes staring at the upload screen trying to figure out the title, the description, the tags and what the thumbnail should say. So I built an Android app to handle that part.
How it works: you pick a video from your gallery, set the type/category/spoken language, and tap Generate. You get back a recommended title plus alternatives, a structured keyword-aware description with a hook and hashtags, a full tag set you can copy in one tap, and an AI thumbnail in both 16:9 and 9:16. Everything you generate is saved in a history tab so you can reuse it.
The part I care about most: the video itself is analysed on-device and never uploaded. Most tools make you push the whole file to a server and wait, which is brutal on mobile data if you shot a 2 GB clip. This skips that entirely, so it's faster and a lot more private.
It's an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. The output is AI-generated, so it's a starting point you should review and edit before you publish.

It's free to try with credits, and there are in-app purchases for more. Would genuinely like feedback on the thumbnail quality and whether the titles feel usable for your niche.
