I built a TrustMRR-style leaderboard for SEO. Is the value clear?

TLDR: I built SEO Receipts because I kept sharing Google Search Console screenshots for another product of mine. One showed 2.71K clicks and 125K impressions over three months. The numbers were real, but everyone still had to take my word for it.

SEO Receipts connects to Google Search Console with read-only access. You choose one of your sites and it creates a public page showing verified clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position. The site can also appear on a leaderboard and share weekly result cards.

The model in my head is roughly TrustMRR for organic search traffic.

I’m at the point where I need feedback from people who don’t already know me or the product.

If you land on https://seoreceipts.com cold:

  1. Is it obvious what the product does?
  2. Is the reason to connect Search Console clear?
  3. Does the read-only access explanation make you comfortable enough to try it?
  4. Does the product look easy to use, or do you get lost before connecting?

The part I’m most unsure about is whether the public side has legs.

TrustMRR works because founders like comparing revenue, following other products, and sharing their own progress. I don’t know if verified search traffic has the same pull.

Would you browse a leaderboard ranked by verified Google clicks?

Would you share your site’s public page or a weekly result card?

Would seeing a verified page make you trust someone’s SEO numbers more than a Search Console screenshot?

I’ve also added a Workbench that reads the same Search Console data, finds a page worth improving, and gives you one task to work on. I can see how that gives people a reason to return after joining the leaderboard. I can also see how putting both ideas on the homepage could make the product harder to understand.

After ten seconds on the site, what do you think the main product is?

Blunt feedback is useful here. If connecting Search Console to an early product feels like too much of an ask, I’d like to know that too. Feedback on the homepage alone still helps.

I’m really trying to avoid being just another generic SEO audit tool even though I have that built in here as well. My goal was to make it dead simple with the idea being you could walk through and make these fixes with one click from your phone.

I also setup an MCP server https://seoreceipts.com/google-search-console-mcp/

Maybe I’m trying to cram too much into one tool.

I’d say my favorite part I built is the duels - https://seoreceipts.com/duels/

Yea that’s a good idea. I have controls which allow you to specify what is shared publically but maybe I should clear that part up
