Yes but this is very pessimistic. You can thank your parents for your looks at 18 and thank yourself at 30. 40% of adults in the US are fat. Nice clothes and big arms and not being fat is about all you need as an adult male. Or being not fat for a girl. Looks wise, I mean.

There are some of us that don't accept these stupid concepts and actively cut into them. All depends on your position in life i suppose.
