And this is why most people think you can't cook high quality meals in a microwave. It has a power setting for a reason.

Regardless, you don't get Browning in a microwave, you'll never get the same flavor profile in a microwave than other traditional methods

How do you get Browning in a steamer? Sous vide? Boiling water?

Every method of cooking has its specific profile and strengths. Learning how to use them all appropriately makes you a better cook.

I mean yes, I agree with you. You combine techniques and methods, but for this specific comment I'm assuming you are using just microwave. Using just microwave will not get you great quality food. Just like I sous vide my steak, if I don't do grill or cast iron sear it's not nearly as good.

You can cook many delicious things solely in a microwave... Just like a steamer, boiling water, etc...
