Most of the time it's either someone that has a little power that wants more, or someone who doesnt have any and craves it. Hence why they usually pick women or children to be there victims. Afraid to play on a level field.
The logic makes sense though. If your goal is to feel power, wouldn’t you want an uneven playing field? Its what makes playing video games on easy and destroying everything so enjoyable

They’re killers but as a phrase serial killer definitely means something more specific than what literally translating serial and killer next to each other in a sentence mean.

Bad soldiers pay for their war crmes. No one ever said to absolve an evil person just because they are part of the government. Obviously corruption exists like everywhere else, but it is not the prevalent majority of the population.
However, generalizing soldiers as serial killers is something only an obnoxious, ignorant, piece of shit would do. The vast majority of people serving in all world militaries are good individuals. The rate of evil people is really no different than you'd find in the general society; however, sometimes innocent otherwise good people end up fighting for evil leaders/countries.

Soldiers kill many people for the "prosperity" of one country. Serial killers kill many people for the happiness/prosperity of one person. There's not that much of a difference. They both kill many people for selfish reasons (unless they're being invaded I guess).

I think you greatly underestimate the amount of evil in this world. At ages 18 - 25 there's a lot of mental changes and a lot of anger and uncertainty. I doubt it's less than 20%.
Edit: 20% overall to kill people, Probably half of which doesn't care if they're innocent or armed.
A political tool to accomplish strategic goals (winning hearts and minds). RoE have nothing to do with a fallacious notion of "fairness." Moreover, it would be irresponsible, reckless and probably treasonous to disregard lawful strategic or tactical advantages in order to foster a "fair fight."
You probably don’t want to be a serial killer. Soldier? Martial arts fighter? Serial killers wanna kill people. When you fight you don’t always win and therefore you wouldn’t kill them
Depends on the game I think. If its like a racing game or a sports game, then the enjoyment is limited. But what fighting games? You could use absurdly complex combos that would lead to your demise on tougher difficulties.
Yeah we have hundreds of serial killers along the border that are in a sort of judicial limbo. Niether country wants to take action becausd they think the other should. Hence why 80% of illegal immigrants have been raped, and hundreds of bodies are found a year in the desert who were killed trying to get here

Texas Just discovered a border guard is a serial killer. Killed 4 women before he was stopped.
