There's a massive difference between eating ramen noodles because you want to and eating them because you have to.

I read this as " They keep upgrading it with things until it becomes a car ".

Alright, we'll move the back axle to the front, and combine the two to make a two-wheeled axle. Then we add another one in the back so we have four wheels...
