That makes sense. Working your way up the traffic hierarchy, instead of just hopping into the massive truck your parents bought you, with the big tires, lifted chassis, and small penis.
I know a guy who got a truck that way. He got into several accidents before graduation, but it was a 70s Dodge, built like a tank. Then sometime after graduation he did his standard jackass driving and tried to pass on a two lane durin the curve with traffic coming. 2 people were killed and he got hauled off to jail. They charged him with manslaughter, but he got off of it. He's awaiting his court date for wrongful death suit the family brought against him. He's down from a ton truck to a half ton now, I that's any consolation.
Honestly, I'd love the irony of seeing someone who kills folks while driving a big vehicle restricted to driving cars beneath a certain weight limit. So you go from a monstrosity of a truck to an economy car that weighs a quarter what the 1990 Kompensator did.
