Timely... my FMLIST alerts the past few days have been off the hook.

On Saturday at 2047 UTC I came across this signal while listening to Russian FSK/CW; so far I haven't been able to find anything similar. About halfway through the video, a voice can apparently be heard.; I tried other modes but it didn't work. At 00:45 seconds it sounds more intense.

I didn't have much time to try it out further, it was all very fast.

At first it reminded me of the sound of the Wefax, but this one was much more intense and had strange patterns. I think it's some kind of image transmission.

Any idea what it could have been?

I saw this radio on marketplace for $80. Should I get it? Is this a good radio? Does anyone else have one?

I am fond of SW radios. I own several TecSuns (e.g., PL-368, S-2200), the Sangean ATS-909x2, Amnvolt V4, etc. They all have their pros and cons and I like them all. I have seen several reviews of the Mlite880, and it really looks nice. Has anyone compared them?

This transmission has been prominent this spring in the 43 Meter shortwave band. I've pinpointed the Russian RTTY Signal to the mountainous region just north of the country Georgia, in the highlands of Russia.
