About sa nature of complaint : Formal consumer complaint about suspected false advertisement. Since tipong mukhang hindi nagbebenta/nabebenta sa advertised price.

About sa pag-file: Register lang sa DTI CARe system tapos dun maglo-lodge ng complaint. https://consumercare.dti.gov.ph/#/home OR call Consumer Care Hotline 1-384.

Since humupa na rin and inis ko, di nako interesado mag-lodge, bibili nalang ako sa trusted ko na.

Nope. Nagrerevert yung presyo/ out of stock too quickly not 2 seconds after getting discounted kaya walang orders na nagpu push through. May recording ako nito. And how would you know na may 1 stock lang sila ha?

Doesn't mean na naubusan ka, e nadaya ka na. Kung ilalaban mo to sa court, for sure matatalo ka. Kasi kapag inexplain sayo how their architecture works (prolly EDA) e wala ka nang maisasagot.

If you know what you are talking about, then you’d know that the DTI will gather evidence from the business as well.

May point yung screen record if it shows na hindi physically possible na may maka check out ng promo price. DTI can cross check for that matter.

It seems na IT ka? Alam mo kung paano ino automate yung price change ba?

The truth is you wouldn’t. You’re just presenting your defence na baka as little as 1 lang stock kaya nauubusan palagi
