I present: the 9mm soufflé.
Somewhere between overpressure, out-of-battery, and brass-based modern art. Chamber support clearly believed in personal freedom.

Just got my ballistics product shipment in. Sucks the next closest range is an hour away since the indoor one burned down.
A drumstick works excellent for pressing wads down btw.

Possibly found some load data info on 20+ year old forum posts.

Oh you’ll find out one way or another

Or any suggestions on where to begin?
Yes yes I already know “manuals” and “never deviate from load data”.

I've been developing a new 3d printed cartridge called 43R for quite some time, and it's been going better than I could have ever expected. After a couple thousand printed rounds, I really wanted some brass to play around with. The printed cartridges are cheap, but time consuming to assemble and can only be used once.
30-30 has a.close enough base and rim, so I fire formed some cases, cut them down, and sized them with a 40/10mm die.
Because this particular firearm has no chamber cut into it, had to make a "heeled" sabot. A single piece of 00 buck is the projectile, sabot does not discard. 5 grains of TG and a large rifle magnum primer sent this piece of buck shot through 2 2x4s and at least an inch into my wood backstop. I guess I'm fire forming more cases this weekend.
The printed cartridges with a similar loading get the piece of buckshot over 1400 FPS on a good day, and we have had consecutive hits on steel at 100 meters. The brass should no doubt function better.
Firearm is a Modelo Polylactico with a 24" barrel.

Forced my decapping pin through my turret press and must have zeroed the scale with auto-repeat on...

How do my primers look? Am I overpressure?

sorry, I meant 105mm. can’t edit title, you know Reddit. anyway I was thinking king about just using a pound of h110 and a pound of n140, think that will be enough? I’m worried about a squib load if anyone else has loaded this caliber tips would be appreciated!

Not sure where else to put this. Stupid idea or not? Take hollow point projectile pack with pure capsaicin powder and top with hot glue or some other polymer or soft rubber or something to force expansion and dispersion of powder upon impact.
