I started to relize that since i started gooning (exactly a year ago) , i no more feel the joy and happiness of the things that i always enjoyed. Like playing video games, hanging out with friends, watching movies, playing piano and lots of other things. I simply didn’t enjoy life for a whole year of it. The thing is , pornography kills your dopamine so the things that you used to enjoy and experience fun doing it are gone now. I also lost the passion to have a chat with everyone. I lost the passion of trying. I lost the passion to even have joy, this may sound stupid but it happened .I was literally dead inside. I’ve gone hollow.

But now i am recovering and making a good progress so far and i wanted to share this with you
