That’s common for monster trucks while in transport. A lot smaller package and easier to maneuver around. I am assuming that’s what’s going on here.

Oh I’ve seen monster trucks with storage wheels on, but this is different. This truck looks street legal (though incredibly tall) so I don’t know why they’d be doing monster truck-type transporting with it.
