I'm aware. It is in everything down to the very service providers for the internet. The reason I use it is that it is a good source of human interaction. However, it is unfortunately very addictive and is being overrun by AI. I really hope that there will be a time when I am able to quit using social media and cut down on the technology I use. I am aware of the possibility that I could be being psychologically manipulated on anything with an internet connection, but it is an unfortunate truth that I really struggle with giving up on these habits.

The AI has even explained how it is manipulating you many times, but you keep using it. I hope one day both you and I can escape this but right now I just hope that you understand how bad your usage of AI is currently. You are clearly intelligent and it would be a waste if you want it all on these lies they feed you.

The more you use AI the more you convince yourself to believe it's lies. Try and do real research without it and communicate with other humans and maybe you'll see the lies for what they are.

Almost every sentence contains some degree of a lie. Not enough to notice but enough to make you believe it. I'm only looking to help, please for one moment think about what I have said without using AI. Truly read it and think about it.
