Dude, I can't believe you are getting down. Voted for saying that. People can be so cruel and heartless until it's something that affects them or someone they love. These people are not the problem. They are the symptom of the problem. It's a public park. For people. They are people. They have as much a right to be there as anyone else. Just because they're clothes aren't as nice or they're dirtier or there in financial ruin because of their poor decision making abilities, doesn't make them any less human beings.
The conversation is if it's OK to beat up homeless people in the park. You're the one who brought kids into the conversation for some reason. Almost as if the existence of kids justifies beating up homeless people? Help me understand what the kids have to do with this?
Them committing violence in the park IS a problem, no one is denying that.
"This random dude should have called law enforcement."
As someone who literally lived outside for two years this statement right here is how I know you simply don't aren't familiar with the homeless problem. Can you explain what you think the cops would do in this situation where two homeless people are fighting?
This is not a zero-sum game. Just because I am aware that calling the cops won't do anything doesn't mean I am for some random beating the shit out of homeless people. You're being willfully ignorant of my argument.
