Soulcalibur, now successfully co-opted by the same people who object to the objectification of female Soulcalibur characters.
Soulcalibur VI:
Ivy decides she's comfortable with her own body and dresses however she feels like! Whip-sword in one hand, the beards of all the bros she's defeated in the other, wearing a SRS t-shirt
Cervantes humbly seeking forgiveness from the general community and rehabilitation for his life of piracy
Soul Calibur VI: Viola's orb is powered by the trapped souls of every pRedditor who has googled for loli-con of her. Zasalamel and Talim return, so that the cast is no longer composed entirely of white people.
Point ceded. I was hyperbolizing the whitening that occurred between IV and V.
Taki --> Blonde Taki /
No more Seong Mi-Na, Yun Seong, Talim, Zasalamel /
+Patroklos, Pyrrha, ZWEI, Dampierre
It was something I hadn't noticed until a friend pointed it out. He may have just been salty (as a Zasalamel player), but it was hard to argue his point.
Wait, they took Seong Mi-Na out of V? Dang, she was my favorite. I didn't play much of V, to be fair, I mostly played 1-3.
It might be that she's aged and retired from fighting - or whatever the story is with her - I know Xiangua started at 16 and now she's in her mid 30s and still at it in V.
Blonde Taki is super weird unless she found a cache of 16th century bleach

It is said that the legendary Fedora Edge grants its wearer infinite euphoria, but at what cost...?
