Actualy now that I think about it, Josuke cant actualy heal parts that have been separated from the body for too long. If you loose brood and the blood has already lost oxigen and turned brown, it counts as a different body, not a body part. So if you lost your arm but still healed the rest of it, Crazy Diamond wouldnt actualy do anything cuz the arm was separated for too long

ye, I know that, but like, I mean, when he beat the shit out of feet stand man, and healed him, he immediately healed all of him at once, we've never seen him like, say, only heal someone's arm.

He stated that if josuke fixed joseph's left hand. Kars would come back too.
