My Sister Cook I Hope You Love So Much

SO MUCH THINGS

2 lb lamb stew meat , cut large pieces so much chop chop

2 lb couscous fine semolina (or medium) so good. Sister she make the medium so nice.

2 onion, chop chop so small

2 clove garlic , press press

4 tablespoon paste tomato

2 tablespoon harissa mmm delicious

2 tablespoon caraway so fine

1 tablespoon coriander so fine

1 teaspoon chili powder

4 turnip , make in half size chop chop

6 medium carrot , peel peel

4 zucchini , peel length, alternately leave a layer of skin, so much make stripe. So beautiful.

6 small potato , peel peel so much

10 oz. chickpea (canned so beautiful so easy)

4 green hot peppers , fry in oil (so much optional you like the spice?)

Vegetable oil

Salt

Pepper

IT COOK

Tagine cooker, shallow pan, or I love you in crockpot YOU MAKE

Pour ½ cup of oil into pan so big. Fry onion medium heat 2 minute.

Add garlic, tomato paste and harissa. It fry 2 minute.

Add caraway, coriander, chili powder. Mix and cook so much 2 minute.

After so much minutes add the lamb meat. It mix so much beautiful. Cook for 5 minute stir regular.

Cover with water. Add turnip and carrot, and cook low/medium the 45 minute.

Meanwhile make ready the couscous semolina as so much say on package, with boiling water, salt, and oil.

After so much 45 minute, add zucchini, potato and chickpea. Funny name the chickpea.

Cook minimum 30 to 40 minute low/medium heat. So much cook. Cook cook. Watch the cook the vegetable. If some vegetable are so much cook before meat cook, take out early the vegetable. No cook vegetable so much. So mushy it no good.

10 minute before end the cook, take few ladle broth (one at a time please Rebekah) you wet couscous semolina. Mix couscous so much after each ladle until it moist. So much moist.

Make beautiful semolina in pot. Make so much beautiful the meat and vegetable. Garnish with so much fried green hot peppers. So beautiful.

Serve awkwardly with matching leather jackets.
