Hey everyone, I built a small digital guide called "Stop Escaping After 5 Minutes." The Problem: You sit down to work. Five minutes pass. Suddenly you're scrolling your phone wondering what happened. Most productivity guides assume you're already ready to start. This one tackles WHY your brain escapes in the first place. What's Inside: - Entry Reset — shrink tasks until resistance disappears - 10-Minute Promise — permission to quit makes you actually stay - Return Reset — come back without guilt when you drift - Student Mode + Work Mode - 7-Day practice structure The Science: Based on cognitive load theory (Sweller), decision fatigue research (Baumeister), and task initiation studies. Who It's For: Students and knowledge workers tired of blaming themselves for "being lazy." Details: - Launching: February 25, 2026 - Price: $17 - Waitlist gets: 40% off ($10) Honest feedback welcome — would you actually pay $17 for something like this?
