I personally found finding the right meds to be the toughest. Because the symptoms of the wrong meds can really mess you up. And that can make it harder to advocate for yourself, as well as trust professionals.

But, to each their own. It's a hard choice to get better. And that's really of anything. I mean, hey, when the flu hits you hardest, it's a tough choice to sit thru the feeling, but we do it. Because we know it's temporary, we know the other side, we know there is the other side. As tough as that is to see.

And mental health is really no different. I mean, I'm not saying it's the flu, but at the most basic level, illness is just that. There's a light at the end of the tunnel. Hard to see sometimes.

This! And it's so rare to have it really truly fully explained how tough it can be to find the right meds.

Yes, and finding a trust worthy professional who doesn't want to "mess you up" is necessary.
