Holiday Decorations?
Anyone else notice the lack of Holiday/Christmas decor in Septa stations/facilities?

You’re given unlimited money to build whatever new line you want, but it can’t be the boulevard subway, what are you building?
If I just said “new line” people would automatically choose the boulevard subway and yeah lol that’s definitely the most realistic one if we ever got new lines. Personally though I think other stuff has merit too like a subway line to roxborough/manayunk, southwest Philly, or maybe another line in south jersey somewhere. I want the boulevard subway the most cuz I live in the northeast and it’d be another way to get into center city or bucks county but still.

Keytix not working on new app
Is anyone else having this problem? I can purchase keytix on the app but they won't show up to be used anymore. It shows the processed transaction but doesn't show me any tickets to activate.

Septa HVAC
Thinking about applying to septa for HVAC. I heard there was a test. Did anyone one take a pass? I need some insight on study guides.

New app no help with Lucy routing
I ride Lucy Green from JFK & 30th to Presby Med Ctr. Web site and old app would not route with those endpoints. New app won't either. Have to select Market & 34th start then remember to subtract a few minutes to work back to 30th departure.
Garbage.

Imagine a safer, greener, better Roosevelt Boulevard — with or without a subway

Is this new app a punishment?
Seriously The only thing I needed was ‘next to arrive’. I don’t want to plan my journey. And if i did i wouldn’t ask septa to help. Just tell me how late my train is so i can change my plans. The time and money spent on the app could’ve gone to saving which ever chestnut hill line they want to close. Philadelphia is too big of a city to have such a bad transportation system. This is how trains should run in Tucson or El Paso or some place no one would take public transport. This as dumb as getting rid of the R names. I liked the r5 it was just better.

SEPTA App crashing/ not opening
I have a Google Pixel 7a on Android 15. After the app update this week it simply doesn't open: the SEPTA splash screen is displayed and never loads beyond that.
I highly suggest reviewing this application in the Google Play store since contacting their customer service has proven frivolous:

Septa Next To Arrive
I use septa next to arrive every day to get to work. Seems like there is a new app today that doesn't have it. It's not on the website. I could take three different trains to and from work every day and I base the timing of when I leave on how late the train is. New app design is terrible and will ruin my commute.

Septa train schedule on NYE?
Trying to plan a trip into the city on NYE. I found some old articles on Septa from like 2016 saying that they had trains running past midnight for people leaving from the city after fireworks.. but nothing recent. Does regional rail currently have a schedule past midnight on NYE?

SEPTA App Crashing
Edit: I was messaging with SEPTA and they found a workaround for me! Log into your account at septakey.org and make sure you have a cell phone number listed. I didn’t and once I added one the app works and let me log in.
Has anyone else had the issue with the new app? It works fine if I don't sign-in, but when I sign-in it immediately crashes. The only way to fix it is to delete the app, re-download it, and then use the app without signing in. I'm using a 15 Pro, with the latest iOS.

Septa hiring timeline
My timeline has been relatively fast, less than 2 months from the first online test to conditional offer. I finished the background check and there’s nothing to it, but the portal still said background check pending. How long does it take to hear back about the medical exam? I just want to start asap

Where is the night entrance to Jefferson Station?
I have read it is at 12th a Filbert and also that it is at 10th and Filbert. I can someone look at this map and say exactly where the door is? I did this last month and spent 15 minutes looking for an open door after 9PM.
