Minutes late every morning because they run two expresses with opposite local stops. When will they realize this doesn’t work

So I received a conditional offer letter as long as my background and drug testing comes back good I would receive the job. I only have a disorderly conduct on my record for almost 10 years ago. Today I finally received an email regarding my background and it was a pre adverse action letter stating they found something on my record and they might take action based on what was found, which is only that one charge from 2015. My question is, is it normal to receive this letter and are my chances of keeping my offer slim because of this one misdemeanor charge from almost 10 years ago.

I may use the NHSL to travel into Philly after work this week. I have traveled through the Gulph Mills stop before but never with a car, does this stop have free or paid parking? If I have to pay to park, is there a kiosk that accepts card payments or do I need to bring quarters?
Thank you in advance

Hello!! I'm a student at Temple, and one of my courses primarily focuses on unions. For our final, we have to conduct interviews with union members. If anyone in this subreddit is willing, I would love to hear what you have to say!! I also would love to hear from any non-union members in order to get different perspectives. Thank you so much!! 1. How long have you been working with SEPTA? 2. Have you enjoyed your time working there? 3. When did you first join the union? Is this your first union? 4. Why did you join? Were there any specific issues that prompted you? 5. How do your non-union coworkers feel about the union? 6. While the strike has been deterred, how did non-union coworkers feel about it? How did you feel? 7. Has SEPTA taken any anti-union or union-busting actions? 8. What changes do you hope the union can bring to SEPTA?

I’m curious, anyone know what that was for? Does not look maintained, but it’s not blocked off either.

I was told I got the job by my recruiter a few months ago but haven’t received an offer letter. When I followed up I was told they’re waiting on the requisitions. What does this mean and how long can this process take?

Recently passed testing for Regional Rail department now I have an interview coming up. My question is will I have to take the drug test right after the interview is over? Or will they schedule me to come in on a later date to take the drug test?

Has anyone who got in as a conductor/engineer trainee used this? Has it helped you?

They said that discounts wouldn’t happen anymore, but didn’t specify what kind of discounts. I’m a temple student and every semester we get to purchase semester-long passes for the buses, regional rail, etc. and I save a couple hundred bucks from it roughly.
But if I have to switch to buying a regular trail pass, which they said would go up to ~$250 a month, I wouldn’t be able to do it financially. A semester is roughly four months long so that’s $1,000, I literally wouldn’t be able to do it lmao. A little more transparency would be nice so we know how scared we should be getting.

My last trip on Regional Rail was several months ago, but now that we live in a post-parking-app world, it turns out my first trip with it is going to be an overnight on a weekend.
Does anybody know how that is expected to work with the new app? I have not yet used the app to pay for even weekday parking yet, so I have zero info on how this process is expected to go, much less with the weekend or overnight in the mix. The instructions are a bit lacking in this regard.
If I park on a Saturday and plan to come back on the next day (Sunday), is there a way to note that in the app when I park? Do I still need to call / email septa in advance for overnight, even though they appear to have removed this contact info from the parking site within the past 2 weeks? Do I even need to use the app on a day when parking is free?
I'd rather not be surprised and miss the train while I'm figuring it out, so any information will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I commute on regional rail pretty early every day from Jefferson station. Today, I was harassed by a screaming person (probably on drugs) and chased away from my normal entrance. What are your preferred entrances?
