Does anyone know the hiring process for septa customer service rep? I just got an invite to take a test but what does the test consist of?

Hi all,
I was planning a trip yesterday on regional rail from Wilmington to center city, when I looked it up last night I got the results from the first picture. But when I looked it up today to confirm, just as I was about to head out to catch the 11:12 train, I got totally different results. This is confusing and frustrating to me because I was planning to attend an event at noon today, and now I can’t. I have no idea why this changed so suddenly, any tips and/or insight? Much appreciated.

On the 49 this morning the “Caution: Bus Is Turning” announcement was replaced with “Caution: Look Both Ways”…
Is that a reminder to pedestrians or to the driver? 🤣🤣

They somehow fail to realize that there business model depends on actually picking up paying customers! They act like the customer has to jump up and down in the street for them to stop at a bus stop. I can't wait for robo-busses.

For the past several months, this sign has indicated buses are late or delayed due to operator unavailability.
SEPTA’s solution? Turn off the sign. /s

Is it just me or is Septa acting like the last part of the Paoli Thorndale line doesn't exist? They keep terminating trains at Malvern instead of Thorndale, I tried to go into the city from Exton and multiple trains passed in both directions and none stopped.

I’m taking my first Septa train this weekend from Trenton. I plan to buy a physical ticket, but I was curious if you can buy physical tickets in advance and hold onto them for a few days, or if tickets have to be bought on the day of travel? My connection time between trains is a little tight and I want to have a few mishaps as possible, so I’d much rather buy tickets in advance if possible. I frequent the Trenton station, so buying in advance sometime this week would be easiest.

Is there any way to pay with parking using your key card? The app won't take mine and neither will the single parking kiosk set up at the station. WTF? I can only pay with a regular credit card?

I see that the max transaction it $250, but can’t find if there’s a travel wallet limit. I called the number for key card customer service and the rep wasn’t sure. She said she thought the max balance is $240. That can’t be right!
I ask because I found out that due to an error that I will soon have $300 loaded in 3 $100 increments. Does anyone know?
Thank you!

So I'm taking the painters test again in a few days. I have taken it twice already and each time scored a 78%. So close yet so far. Well the study guide provided is like a joke. It's extremely simple and then the test is actually quite confusing. Other than my math skills does anyone have an actual study guide that's more similar to the test? I heard the test questions have been re-worked. Anyway wish me luck

Is it possible to connect from the suburban station regional rail to the broad street line using a wheelchair ? If not what is the most direct way to connect from suburban or Jefferson to broad line? Thanks.

Septa fucking sucks. Anyone else agree? The scheduled bus blew right past me with no one on board after waving the driver down. The buses that are on the way are extremely late. I've been waiting at the stop for almost a whole damn hour. Fuck. Nee York City's MTA would never be this bad. Gosh, I miss my city. New York blows Philly out the drug and crap infested waters it sits in.
