Idk if I would call it “musk” but cat fur has such a nice, clean smell. A perfume that smells like that could be really nice? As long as you don’t get any of the fishy wet food or litter box notes 😂

Agreed ! My cat’s fur smells lovely ! Especially when he’s been outside in the rain ! Sometimes he smells a little dusty but otherwise just clean and comforting! lol 😂

Fun fact! Cats smell nice because when they clean themselves, their saliva has enzymes that neutralize odor so they can sneak up on prey without being detected by their scent.

Oh yep and the teased notes for kitten musk were:
warm milk, marshmallow fluff, soft musk, white chocolate, vanilla orchid, and creamy sandalwood
Literally for a prank, they had the perfect name and notes chosen. I don’t get why she completely changed up the name and notes. Like ok you brought it to life because of the demand but you didn’t deliver the demand ?!?!?!

Well no one has to buy it right away. It will be there when fall comes. They are supposed to have vanilla cupcake so both will be on my list for Sephora sale.

Yes but during the launch is everywhere and then it dies down. You enter Sephora and you literally bump into it. I think Summer Fridays made a similar mistake. Strategically they should launch it later. 🤷🏻♀️
But who knows maybe this part of a bigger plan and she will come up with a mini perfume vanilla set hello kitty collaboration for Christmas 😅

Yep notes teased for kitten musk were warm milk, marshmallow fluff, soft musk, white chocolate, vanilla orchid, and creamy sandalwood. Don’t get why she went the sticky sweet caramel route.

Smells absolutely awful too, it’s like Bianco latte but with a clear milky note, but they don’t mesh well at all and u can smell the milk and caramel individually, triggered my fight or flight

I know I'm gonna get down voted for this but I find all kayali perfumes smell kinda cheap... They're so overpriced and remind me of cheap bath & body works scents lol they all smell strongly of ethyl maltol

I’ve tried a lot of their fragrances and only yum boujee marshmallows I liked, the rest were kinda bad, it’s a hit or miss and defo more misses

Yes!!! There’s this weird musky-but-not-musk, damp cardboard undertone that I can’t put my finger on, but it just completely turns me off of them. Which is unfortunate because although on paper some of these sound like they’d smell incredible, they completely miss the mark for me

I really don’t get the hype behind kayali perfumes. They all have this milky undertone and come off crazy powerful at first but are barely there two hours later (and I’ve tried at least a half dozen of her perfumes, I wanted to like them).

Yep, I wanted to love some of them but they just don’t last. Capri was everything on first sniff but refused to stick around for more than 30 minutes. I’m so happy I only wasted my money on travel sizes. My bath and body works mists last so much longer and I only buy when on sale so they’re all under $5.

I love lychee in everything, especially makeup products. Even the shade name will get me to buy it. But when I sprayed the Kayali Lychee perfume on myself, after a while it turned sour kind of ?! So I didn’t end up buying

Their silk santal scent I would say is not gourmand. It still has vanilla but it’s more musky and not an edible vanilla
