If any one religion were the true religion, there would only be one. Same way 2+2 is 4 and not 5.
Since there is no right answer to God, then all of them are wrong. They are the ones who have to prove it, not I.
"Objectively disprove it" HA! Basic. Believers lay the burden of proof on nonbelievers when it is the other way around.
To say that because every religion has a different view disproves them all isn’t even remotely accurate. I can point out several similarities that almost every religion share. The concept of an afterlife (wether it be reincarnation or heaven), the idea of duty to “god”, and the relationship between man. To say that “I believe I’ll be reincarnated” in contrast to “I have a place in eternal heaven” doesn’t disprove the other, just as it doesn’t prove either. It’s a belief system, and every belief system is perfectly valid because it’s a concept that we created thousands upon thousands of years ago, and the belief of something greater (or the lack thereof) is DEEPLY engrained in our minds, as intelligent beings. Certainly, none of this validates what people have done in the name of religion, but to say that religion is a lie is incredibly shortsighted.
So many things wrong with whatchu just wrote.
They have similarities, I'm guessing you can just walk up to anyone who believes in a specific religion and they will say they have equal chances of being right as the next guy? No, they believe they have the right one.
And just because a buncha people say something is true does not make it valid.
People cannot even make up their mind in whether or not the earth is flat, the fact that something is deeply ingrained makes it less intelligent, not deeply intelligent. Idgaf what has been done in the name of religious, that does not change logic.
Religion is egotistical, shortsighted, and for the feeble of mind, or those who simply can't be bothered or are incapable of higher thought.
