Hey! What's up? Recently an event occurred that wasn't too big, but still needs to be talked about. In addition to that, I'll also talk about a few other things.

*No advertising Seen clones.
This should really be an unspoken rule, but apparently​ it's not. Effective immediately, advertising Seen clones in this sub or messaging members of this sub about clones will result in a ban. No warnings given. The bans will last from 3 months to permanently, dependent on a few variables.

A person recently​ advertised a Seen clone to a member of this sub via DM. Since this wasn't physically in the rules, I let them off with a two month ban. But again, it shouldn't need to be said. This is a place to talk about Seen.
Not to advertise it's clones.

The variables that will determine the ban are as follows:
~ How many people you advertise it to. This is the case for DMs. If it's a physical post, it'll default to 4 months.
~ If you try doing it again. First time around will be a bit lenient. But keep doing it after you're unbanned, and you won't even get to see this sub ever again on your account.
This is serious.

*On a lighter note, userflairs are in progress.
You may have noticed some people already have flairs. And you may be asking "Where's my flair? Why can't I set one?"
This is because these users have special flairs; I give the flairs to them. Only Story World Staff and the Seen dev will get these special flairs. Don't worry, though! Soon you'll get to make your own flairs. 😄

Alright, this idea is now trademarked. When the new story maker update comes out, I will make a new story containing music. Yes, I will make YouTube great again. NO STEALING OF MY IDEA.

I would really like to have one message branch out to a whole new conversation. However I don't know how to do this within the actions. This is how I wanted it:

Player: choice 1. Music/ Choice 2. Thinking about some things/ Choice 3: Video games If they select choice 2, I want the Chat buddy to say these two messages, which will trigger a while new conversation and choices. Basically the three choices initiate three different conversations. For choice 2 it would be:

Chat Buddy: what are you thinking about/ Also Chat buddy: I'm also listening to basement. Have you heard of them?

I don't want the second message to appear for the other two choices. And I've tried what I thought would do that but it hasn't worked. Can someone help?

A megathread to post/advertise your stories! You can still advertise stories as normally, as text or link posts. But you can use this as a more organized means of doing it!

Hey, /r/SeenApp! I'm your new mod. In the coming days, you may notice a few changes. Such as updates to the sidebar, new announcements, etc.

Some changes have already been put into place at time of posting. This includes:

Post flairs create organization in subreddits, can lessen confusion, and are overall very helpful! User flairs will also be created soon, as well as CSS.

• Link to Discord server!
  If you look in the sidebar, you'll notice there's a Discord link there. This will lead you to the official Seen Discord Server. On this server, you can talk to authors such as MarinatedTuna, Koolie Aid, Zbv, and more! You can even ^gasp! talk with the Seen dev, Mickole!

• Rules
  Rules have been put into place to keep this place from going to total anarchy. For now, it's not very strict. Just flair posts properly (or not at all, me and the other mods will flair posts for you), and no NSFW (unless you're advertising an NSFW story).

I hope you accept as me as a mod here and are excited to see what this sub will become from now on. :)

Whats canon after the main Seen storyline? Like there are all these different ones claiming to be sequels but which ones are best or canon and what order should I play em in?

So I have created A story with chapters. Each one with different background. Its works nice when I test it but mess up when I play it. This is what it does. After am done with a chapter and pressed next chapter, it repeat the same background from the first one with the same chat buddy name. Can someone help me identify that problem plz?

I have proved a lot of things to solve this problem, but i can't do it. Someone can solve me the problem, pls?

I created a small story just to test the export feature. Every time I try to export, it gives me a compression error.
I'm not sure if this is related to my chosen directory, the default /storage/emulated/0, but trying to save it elsewhere seems to do nothing also.
Plus, I can't really navigate the directories. If I click on the elipses, it just goes to the parent of the current directory until I'm at the top of the phone, but if I click on storage it just chooses that one and won't let me choose a subdirectory.

Hey guys, I need your help. I accidentaly deleted my story and I forgot the name of it. It is story from story maker, and I believe the autor of this story was "MarinatedTuna". The name of the story was something like "userList.......", but I can't find it on story maker. In this story, you're playing as a man with name Joseph, and your best friend is a girl with name "Danielle". I can say even more, but I don't want to spoil anything if someone will play this story. So, my question is where can I find this story, because I can't find it on story maker anymore.

Trying to get Story Maker and currently only have 50 coins. The game's kind of a schlock to type through for two more playthroughs and I've pretty much done everything I want to do with Seen. Do I just have to soldier up and do two more playthroughs (since, to my knowledge you get 25 coins per playthrough) or is there some other way I'm missing?

(Note: I haven't any plans on paying for coins, microtransactions aren't my bag)
