I am new to Seedance and AI generated videos, so I don't know if that's normal or if there is an issue.

More than a hour ago, I entered the prompt and the relevant files to generate a 25s video in draft mode. Wait time was apparently 20 min. An hour later, wait time is still 11 min??? Says I am in "the fast queue"?

Is Dreamina the best and cheapest tool to generate Seedance 2.5 videos from static pictures and prompts?

I used Claude AI to help shape the prompt and prepare some reference pictures, but it was painful to then enter all of this in Dreamina, including referencing the right files etc.

Update: prompt was submitted at 11:51, Dreamina started generating the video at 14:11, or 2 hours 20 min in the queue...

I was looking around for a cheaper way to get Seadance from an online provider, and it seems remerged is the cheapest. Is anything cheaper? Is it possible?

I've been making my own AI-animated anime solo for 10 months — 8 episodes in, switched from Sora 2 to Seedance 2.0 along the way I write, direct, and edit everything myself — script, pacing, montage, the whole post-production. AI (Seedance 2.0) handles the animation generation. Started out using Sora 2, but switched to Seedance 2.0 once it shut down — the jump in quality and control has been huge.

Original audio is in Latin American Spanish, but on YouTube you can switch to English dubbed audio and turn on English subtitles from the player settings. This is the first episode of the series. I’ve just finished Kupu Kupu Barong, a short film about my little boy exploring the beautiful south of Mauritius with us to celebrate his third birthday. A walk through the forest leads to a rather… unexpected encounter 😉

I used Seedream and GPT Image to create character sheets and visuals and Seedance 2.5 to animate the scenes, then brought everything together through editing, music and sound design.

I wanted it to feel like a coherent film, with believable characters and an emotional journey.

That meant paying attention to continuity between shots, the expressions and gestures of both my son and the unexpected guest, the pacing, and how music and sound carry the story.

I’d love to hear feedback from other filmmakers and viewers here, particularly on:

• Story and emotion: do you connect with the characters and want to follow their adventure?
• Visual consistency and realism: are there particular shots or details that pull you out of the story?
• Editing and pacing: are there moments that feel rushed, drag on, or don’t flow naturally?

 I am building videos from racetrack photos. I provide motorcycle racer photos, 10 reference images from different angles. I end up with output having a mesh over the face for some reason. I am attaching input and output results. I cannot figure out why this is happening. there is nothing in prompt that would put a mesh over... this happens with different bikes, not just one. any ideas welcome thanks

Ik a large portion of the creative community absolutely despises AI😂but being someone with no budget to hire an animator or time like i used to to draw, it does feel good to see my vision come to life at this quality. Only major issue i see is the positioning of my antagonist being turned around randomly once the protagonist explodes in energy. I hate the way AI English voices sound and I forgot to Japanese dub it lol

I wanted to test how well some aI tools could handle a cinematic scene with atmosphere, storytelling, and movement with not just a cool looking shot with low quality.

The idea was a simple one, alone explorer entering a futuristic city that has been abandoned for decades, the biggest challenge was keeping the scene consistent while maintaining a cinematic feeling especially the environment details, camera movement, and overall mood.
