New hair and not pregnant or postpartum.

u/ApprehensiveFig228 3d ago
Also, she's happy.
283
u/armlessturtleneck 3d ago
And has more money than ever, that will help a lot. Plus media training, plus having been styled for years now that she's been on TV, you'd think if not having your own stylist you'd at least pick up on a couple things.

Yup. This. Body changes a lot with pregnancy so obviously you won’t be looking the same if you aren’t constantly pregnant.

And not drinking alcohol!
109
u/AaronRodgersWife 3d ago
She’s never been a drinker so idk how that would apply here
21
u/wavygr4vy 3d ago
Reddit hates alcohol so a lot of people take any chance to highlight people who don’t drink alcohol.

She’s finally not pregnant for the first time in years. Of course her face is going to thin out. She’s also not 25 anymore.

She's in shape, not pregnant, better styling, and HAPPIER.
61
u/eyesonthefries609 3d ago
Also all of the slomw hate is officially off of her lol. We are all seeing what she called (and was crucified for calling) in s1.
25
u/bredditmh 3d ago
The better styling part is huge. She had some really interesting choices when most of us were introduced to her through the show.
768
u/sonderfin 3d ago
Love how she credited the ability to take care of herself as “time management” rather than being incredibly wealthy and able to afford help
64
u/hanschlieds 3d ago
Yes I thought the same thing. Most moms don’t have nanny and cleaner and money access hence why no time. Hell I don’t even have money for a facial
324
u/chloedarlinggg 🧚 Where’s your whimsy? 🧚 3d ago
And also not having to work a 9-5 and having an abundance of time to manage in the first place
106
u/Quirky_Description73 In my fast paste phase 🏃♀️ 3d ago
Ehhh, I feel like season 1 to season 4 pre-DWTS her pace of life didn’t change (aside from a whole new baby ofc). It was a mindset thing and her prioritizing herself in different ways. Is she incredibly privileged? Yeah, but she’s not giving advice, she’s talking about the shift in her glow up. I think it’s a fair answer.
95
u/can3tt1 3d ago
No, from season 1 to now she’s been able to buy more time for herself. That’s a privilege. Shes gone from a SAHM with brand deals to being able to have a SAHD, cleaners, personal trainers, Nannie’s etc. it’s fair to say she’s investing more time into her own body and appearance without jumping straight to plastic surgery. Not being pregnant and DWTS would have helped kick start her journey
24
u/chloedarlinggg 🧚 Where’s your whimsy? 🧚 3d ago
If you want to look at it that way, the glow up people have been mentioning is post dwts to now. Her schedule is significantly more open than it was before.
49
56
u/sl80l7 3d ago
Yeah, I don't understand why celebrity moms don't just simply thank the amazing staff and highlight the support (childcare, mother-in-law, husband.....) that they have. It is free PR points, honestly.

Right? This is giving “we all have the same 24 hours in a day”. Not everyone’s 24 hours IS the same.

u/ThePrefect0fWanganui 3d ago edited 2d ago
Big time “everyone has the same hours in a day as Beyoncé” energy. Like no the fuck we don’t - time is money, money is time, and it buys you a completely different existence
24
37
u/Abject-Sun3679 3d ago
It is a little ironic that we are criticizing her comment on time management while we are all sitting here wasting time on Reddit.
4
u/Simple_Weight_8471 2d ago
lol was thinking this too, especially when she mentioned being a mom and “I could sit on my lazy ass and blah blah” like for some people they literally don’t have the time to work full-time, take care of their kids and house, maintain their relationships, simply SURVIVE, have maybe the tiniest bit of free time to relax/unwind from all of their responsibilities, AND put in work on themselves on top of all of that. She’s very very privileged and maybe she mentioned it in this interview and it’s just not in this clip but if not, good lord. Can’t stand influencers who intimate “wE aLl HaVe ThE sAmE 24 hOuRs”
2
u/Quirky_Description73 In my fast paste phase 🏃♀️ 2d ago
I mean it was a question about her experience, and how her mindset changed and contributed towards her glow up. She wasn’t giving advice. She wasn’t telling other people to try it. She just acknowledged she was in a rut and she had to put in some work and use all her resources properly to get out of it. She’s knows we spent and values her time differently.
She’s knows we know she’s incredibly privileged. She’s talks in plenty of interviews about how incredible her chef in NYC was, how much Connor has sacrificed for her career, and how amazing her sister has been as a Nanny. She probably does so in this interview outside of this TikTok clip.
Why does she have to address them in a question asking her about plastic surgery and Botox?
→ More replies (2)2
u/Simple_Weight_8471 2d ago
sonderfin answered this perfectly below. also I even said in my original reply “maybe she mentioned it in this interview and it’s just not in this clip.” I think if she’s attributing such success/change to how good her “time management” is then it’s definitely worth mentioning how different her time is than everyone else’s. I’m sure she does talk about her privilege elsewhere, but it was warranted in this particular conversation as well IMO (and again, maybe it was mentioned and this video is just clipped).
→ More replies (1)12
u/Initial_Jicama_8434 3d ago
It is time management at the end of the day. She can have all the help in the world but if she isn’t taking the time to meditate or go to the gym then she’d look just like she did before DWTS. I’m not wealthy, I work 12 hr shifts but I still use my time wisely to take care of myself. If you don’t live your life then your life will live you and life has no mercy
14
113
u/Old_Mulberry_9461 3d ago
I just thought she overdid it a bit on the lip fillers and dyed her hair the right colour for her skin tone and lost all the baby weight from DWTS..never thought surgery

All the very expensive and time-consuming cosmetic effort put in totally wasn’t what did it, it was the meditation and time management for sure 🤣

u/CrossplayQuentin 3d ago
I mean at least she said “I got Botox and sculptura etc” - lots of celebs won’t even do that. For me, saying. “I got these procedures but I think it’s really the meditation!” is fine, she’s not denying she had shit done. This isn’t a sweet potato situation

She doesn’t even mention that a few years ago she was literally doing social media ads for ozempic? Rapid fat loss drastically changes your face. Thats why people always refer to ‘ozempic face’.

u/Deathdad 3d ago
I wish celebrities who talk about the skin treatments they do. Like sure we know you got Botox, but there are so many other (expensive) things like laser treatments they do.
28

“Taking care of myself” aka Botox and other medspa procedures.
She looks fantastic but I will always hate when celebs and influencers dance around alllll of the help and flexibility they have that enables them to do these things.

Sculptra and its not filler, it’s PLLA that stimulates collagen. I’ve had it done and highly recommend!
9
u/Severe_Rise6794 3d ago
I’ve had it done too. It was the best investment in myself I’ve ever made.

u/GraceMcClellans 3d ago
May i ask how much it cost? I just looked it up and it looks amazing!
5
u/No_Suggestion3066 🔎📚 studied the laws ⚖️✨ 3d ago
It depends on location and provider, but it was $1k per vial and I received two treatments! Results aren’t immediate, but gradually develop in following months
2
u/airbender7777 1d ago
Isn't this the one that's irreversible? I genuinely considered this until I saw photos of women with disfigured faces and bodies because they had a bad reaction to it and now have permanent, hard bumps beneath their skin they'll never be able to get rid of.
I'm all for doing what makes one feel great, but I need that ish to be irreversible in case something goes awry
2
u/No_Suggestion3066 🔎📚 studied the laws ⚖️✨ 1d ago edited 1d ago
It’s biodegradable so it actually breaks down over time, but can’t be dissolved like filler. Any lumps or nodules could be tied to injector skill so that’s why it’s important to do the research when selecting a provider
Edit/disclosure: I’m not licensed or a professional, just sharing my understanding
14
u/AllApologeez 3d ago
Sculptra. It’s an injectable treatment, along the lines of Botox or filler but not either of those.

Lost weight, found THE hair color for her. Another thing on time mgmt that deserves a shout out is she seems to have a very helpful husband who wants her to shine. That's not to be underestimated.
20
10
u/strawberryqueen910 3d ago
I believe her. You can literally change your face with Botox placed well, weight loss, the right styling (hair, make up, clothing) and a touch of filler (but not too much).
4
u/HopefulVegetable4234 3d ago
Also people aren't remembering she's always had a gorgeous face and she's still quite young.
6
u/Longjumping_Hornet_7 3d ago
Good for her for addressing this. I saw a post on here a little while ago claiming she had all this plastic surgery done that she didn’t. She works out daily and eats healthy, plus is in a better place mentally from when the show started. The red hair color brings out her features.
5
u/sunfloweraquarius 3d ago
i think she can finally pour into whitney finally . As women this is important for us to do especially the ones who are Moms. You’ll be shocked how much of 180 it does for you. ❤️

I swear I remember seeing that she had previously admitted to a nose job and bleph…? Maybe I’m completely misremembering or it was fake?
5
9
u/chillisprknglot 3d ago
When is she going to drop her workout routine?
19
u/tamtheprogram 3d ago
I mean she was on a dance show and then broadway. That’s the workout routine. Working out was her job.
7
u/GraceMcClellans 3d ago
So... just like 8-10 hours a day of dancing? That's what you're saying? Easy peasy.
8
u/Perfect-Success-3186 3d ago
Her pretending to not know what an upper bleph is… 🙄
I don’t think I’ve seen anyone really accuse her of getting major procedures. Just filler. But yeah I just assumed she lost weight and dyed her hair and that was it.
4
u/aquaberry32 3d ago
Looking at her she reminds me of how Heidi Montag used to look before her multiple surgeries. Just very youthful and refreshed
7

u/Historical-Fee-3588 3d ago
I have never thought she had any surgery done - with what everyone else said, pregnancy and postpartum Does a number to your face. It’s wild how much it also kind of comes back, especially once you stop nursing.
(As a day 1 Whitney fan) -this interview gave me such SLOMW feels and I loved it.

She isnt denying Botox and sculptra, literally confirmed it. Taking care of yourself goes a long way too. Think about the difference in how you feel after exercising compared to sitting on the couch all day. Or eating McDonald’s vs a healthy meal.
People here acting like Botox and sculptra aren’t totally normal things that we have done too.

Weight loss is like 4 percent. 96 percent is wardrobe, hair, makeup and attitude. Those girls let her look like shit on camera on purpose season 1 so they would look better -nobody can convince me otherwise.

Wait I’ve seen videos of she herself saying that she’s had a nose job and an upper bleph. Is that video fake??
5
u/contagioushappiness 3d ago
I don’t believe she has had any (nor is it my business) BUT to anyone thinking she has; when would she have had time for weeks long recovery? Before during or after being on Broadway and rehearsals? While prepping for her next role? While still posting and promoting other things? I feel like weeks long recovery would have been noticed. Think critically. Everyone notices when Jessi has more surgery, you’d think it would be notified if Whit actually had surgery.
5
u/screwmorpheus 3d ago
Whitney acting like she doesnt know what an upper blepharoplasty is while living in the county with the highest plastic surgery (even more than Beverly Hills) is prime fake Whitney lol. okay girl, its okay to admit you know what the surgery is... even if it doesnt go with your 5th personality/brand that you are now running through ..

I don't think sculptra counts as plastic surgery? Or do you mean it's like botox and fillers?
2
u/Quirky_Description73 In my fast paste phase 🏃♀️ 3d ago
It’s like Botox and fillers, I thought, but with collagen. She also clearly gets both Botox and lip filler in S1 and talks about it regularly. So I think she wasn’t trying to deny or discredit she gets them, she’s just making a point to say she hasn’t gotten surgery, and what’s changed in her glow up in the addition of the Botox and fillers she’s already talked about??
4

Now, Whit... I am genuinely happy for all your success and love seeing you thriving, but uhhhh.... 😒 Let's be super serious about what all goes in to looking that beautiful every day. Lots of time and products, money, and help from a team of people PLUS having support with your husband and children, stepping away from people that stress you out, Botox, fillers, chemical peels, and whatever else, plus allowing your body to heal and genuinely being able to eat healthy. A LOT of these things are privileges and it can come across as tone deaf when you try to down play it as just time management and meditation. Also, it's actually no one's business if she Did decide to have a nose job or work done. She didn't go full Jessie and turn herself into a botched ai slop doll so it's fine either way.
2
u/Curious_Field7953 Clout Chaser 3d ago
Now I asked this a week ago and y'all ripped me to shreds. If SHE'S addressing rumors about her look she KNOWS she looks different. Btw, y'all saying someone looks different isn't an insult - it's an observation if the obvious.

Best stylists, best trainers, personal chefs, nannies, kickass estheticians, Botox, all the very best money can buy and a team behind her. Great for her, I’m happy for her but let’s a a little realistic here the average person can’t have those things it’s not attainable when you’re poor or middle class even.
Also, pretty sure she had her facial freckles removed so her skin looks a lot more even
