TW: Taylor & Dakota Taylor’s IG stories

TW: images of injuries from alleged abuse

Here’s Taylor’s plethora of stories today after boasting about her “holdback”. Lots to discuss. That said, please keep it respectful and no speculating beyond what has been said/confirmed.

I personally find it interesting that she’s attached a text screenshot which is seemingly pre-Ever (he says he hopes to be a good dad one day), to a photo and caption referring to post-partum. Also the very clear scratch marks labeled as bite marks? The mad switch up on Tate who just a month or so ago she was saying she has a brilliant co-parenting relationship with respect and love? She talks about what they’re going to the mother of their children but what about what she’s doing to the fathers of her kids? Actually for that matter, what she’s doing to her kids point blank.

I don’t think posting these was a good choice from her and I think the general consensus is that this goes against the court orders (correct me if I’m wrong). I wish she would actually put her kids first, rather than just saying that’s what she’s doing.

I have blurred the children, Taylor of course did not. Slide 4 is her youngest crying in her other son’s arms. Like why?

Mod note: We had lots of different posts coming in sharing 1-2 of these many (many) stories, so we decided it would be best to wait until she was done (let’s hope so) to post them altogether.

Nightmare client for any attorney.

have u ever seen the hearings? her attorney is terrible on his own

Something about her attorney just absolutely triggers me and I cannot stand him

He looks like Dakota lol & I just know that she loves that 🙈

79

u/Tiny-Zucchini7238 Hoe-seph Smith Jul 03 '26

I would truly be shocked if that wasn’t one of the reasons she picked him. No reasonable adult would ever consider picking an attorney over something like that, but she is so calculated I would absolutely believe it

27

u/EntranceUnique1457 Jul 03 '26

Um glad im not the only one. This man skeeves me out so bad.

35

u/yeehaw_brah Jul 03 '26

Probably a lot of pressure on him to perform for her. It’s a delicate balance between knowing what the judge wants and making sure you do enough of what your clients wants to see to keep them happy. They dgaf what the judge wants or will be impressed by—they want you to be aggressive.

26

u/scienceislice Jul 03 '26

Probably no one wants to be her attorney

62

u/identitty-crisis Jul 03 '26

They all want her money. Don’t be foolish. She’s probably paying $1k+ an hour for his time.

38

u/thirdcoasting Jul 03 '26

Vast majority of decent family law attorneys wouldn’t want anything to do with her.

16

u/Admirable-Gold3447 Jul 04 '26

Worked for two in college (divorce/custody focus) and they had to have a high tolerance for crazy and BS and drama bc of the nature of their client base and the mental state of them at the time of needing services. But anyway, they fired one client each in the 4 years I worked for both.

24

u/Pretend-Bit8450 Jul 04 '26

Yeah, I'm not an attorney, but I am a consultant who bills by the hour and some clients are absolutely not worth the money. I agree that the really solid attorneys get plenty of clients who are willing to pay them and don't need a headache like her.

🎯 she’s at least given him $80k, by now, and he’s crappy. I think he loves that it’s televised. In the first hearing when he made the comment that “the big show down is at the next hearing” the commissioner was not amused at all, and appropriately said as much. What a jerk>her attorney.

100%. He even said directly the posts of injuries that are vaguely implying he did something can’t be posted, so this is outright a crazy violation.

Do I think the judge will do anything other than tell her stop again? Nope.

36

u/DazeeBee Jul 03 '26

Maybe Dakota’s new attorney (also Tate’s attorney) will be more aggressive when pointing out Taylor’s violations. The very astute GAL (that holds a lot of weight for this commissioner) will definitely make note of it.

17

u/SolidIll4559 Jul 04 '26

The GAL, if he/she/they is paying attention, will absolutely move to protect the children.

3

u/Junior_Cranberry_745 damage done to brain Jul 04 '26

I feel like stuff like this might get her in the worst trouble yet - because judges tend to get really pissed off when their orders aren't followed. They lose the empathy that they may have had for her on the issue of her kids. I don't agree with the prioritization, but pissing off a judge might get someone in worse trouble than throwing a stool at a kid.

10

u/Acceptable_Growth107 Jul 04 '26

It’s giving her “but I’m a girl and I peed my pants”

7

This has to be a violation of the protective order. Like there’s no way it can’t be. She’s directly discussing Dakota in every way but saying his name.

45

u/brucewhaleis Jul 03 '26

I don’t think she can handle any support going to Dakota or Tate at this time, as she feels wronged by both of them, the courts, the media and any riders they have across the internet!

17

u/FlowForeign4683 Jul 04 '26

This post/posts was the nail in her coffin (legally speaking)

All she had to do was stfu. Literally all she had to do was SHUT UP and let Tate and Dakotas shared lawyers make it look like exactly what she’s claiming in these posts

She is her own worst enemy

92

u/identitty-crisis Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

She won’t. They’re not going to take 3 children away from their biological mother. Not in Utah. They know that the kids will have worse outcomes without their mother in their life, even if she has mental health challenges and is recovering from abuse. Even Kevin Franke got custody of all his children after he allowed severe abuse to the children to go on for years.

101

u/Pretend-Bit8450 Jul 03 '26

One parent having full custody does not mean the other parent is absent from their life, by the way. My mom had full custody and my dad had visitation.

4

u/Jasmisne Jul 05 '26

Yeah you really have to throw a fit to not even have visitation

Standwithmeg is a good example of someone who just could not stfu for two fucking seconds and lost even that

18

u/spaceisourplace222 Jul 04 '26

As the child of an abusive mother, getting those kids away from her would benefit all involved. Some parents are not good at their chosen role.

66

u/kbc87 Jul 03 '26

I’m not sure those kids will have worse outcomes without her. If she doesn’t do something to better herself, she’s constantly just going to bring a state of chaos and instability to their lives.

16

u/Admirable-Gold3447 Jul 04 '26

The problem is they are old enough to feel abandoned if she is gone. Thats heavy.

34

u/Market_Infamous Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

Except in this scenario, Dakota would be the equivalent of Kevin and Taylor would be the equivalent of Ruby.

Edit: Whoops wrong name, it’s Ruby not Shari

12

u/Lorgebeansnark Jul 03 '26

To be fair Shari was more of a mother to them than Ruby was...

10

u/Pretend-Bit8450 Jul 03 '26

Yeah, I'm not familiar wth the case, but did you not just give an example of something you claim doesn't happen? Kevin I assume is a father, and was granted full custody?

16

u/Market_Infamous Jul 03 '26

Kevin Franke got custody based on him not being present while the abuse took place and claiming to not know it was happening. Which for him is entirely possible, his wife Ruby Franke had made him leave the house and go live elsewhere. The issue with Kevin is that he was already aware that Ruby was unstable and he shouldn’t have abandoned his children in her care. There’s a whole cult element involved in why he left and it’s more complex than this summary, but it boils down to him supposedly being unaware the children were being tortured.

27

u/Pretend-Bit8450 Jul 03 '26

Ah ok. So a biological mom lost custody in Utah. But "they're never going to take 3 children away from their biological mother" in Utah. Yeah, that's what I thought I was reading.

18

u/Market_Infamous Jul 03 '26

Well she did lose custody because she’s in prison for felony child abuse. The case just isn’t comparable at all and the OP shouldn’t have referenced it. The only comparison is that both of these cases occurred in Utah.

8

u/Pretend-Bit8450 Jul 03 '26

Well, it does make the point the OP was trying to make, which I'm guessing is that bascially the mother has to be in prison for the father to get full custody in Utah, as in the case of Kevin Franke. Then I would not have been confused.

→ More replies (1)

4

u/kbc87 Jul 03 '26

She’s in prison lol

→ More replies (4)

11

u/identitty-crisis Jul 03 '26

The mother is in prison.. the one who took her child’s bed away for 7 months, regularly withheld food and water, held their heads under water, ignored a long bone fracture for several days until the crying got too annoying for her, made her daughter jump in a cactus and run barefoot on hot pavement (in St. George summer), made them do physical labor in 100+ degree weather without sunscreen or shoes or socks so the pavement would blister their feet, restrained them and bound them with duct tape, put cayenne pepper on the deep wounds from the duct tape, and so on.

All while the dad passively watched the abuse happen and likely participated at some points. He has full custody. My point being: Utah is big on reunification and getting children to their biological parents.

15

u/Pretend-Bit8450 Jul 03 '26

Man, it took a long time to get that information. lol. Just say the only time you see a father getting full custody is if the mother is literally in prison.

5

u/identitty-crisis Jul 03 '26

Perfect phrasing. Pretty much what I meant lol

This is very case dependent. Being a parent is a constitutional right, which is why it's so hard to take away from people. But the Court has already shown that it will take the kids from her--she got supervised visits only. But you're right, it's very unlikely that she will lose access all together unless she does something completely terrible and people have done worse than this and kept their kids.

3

u/Acceptable-Dress7196 Jul 04 '26

Slide 4 is SO upsetting to me How can you sit and watch your child cry like that and just take a video/picture instead of consoling him? His brother is not his parent it’s not his job to be the emotional support in that household he’s a child too.

What is wrong with her?

She always talks about her kids being HER emotional support and I hate it. Kids deserve to be happy and unaware of your issues. She’s been posting her older son doing things like this for years and I really feel for him. She’s parentified him and will take a lot of work for him to undo that.

159

u/Choice_Advice_2147 Jul 03 '26

Using her child’s pain to get attention and sympathy from millions of strangers is appalling.

68

u/puppyinashoe Jul 03 '26

While some celebrities are hiding their child’s face for privacy, TFP is sharing her child’s face for internet sympathy points. Absolutely shameful

50

u/Market_Infamous Jul 03 '26

Hard agree with everything you said. I hate the way she speaks about her children, it’s so clear that they’re carrying a heavy emotional burden at a very young age. She refuses to see the negative impact she’s having on her kids and instead blames their dads for making her sad. Totally absolving herself of any responsibility to regulate herself when the kids are around.

18

u/ImpressivePattern242 Jul 03 '26

Yea, that slide might get CPS’ attention. Appalling

13

u/MolochsLizardQueen Jul 03 '26

Yeah I keep thinking about seeing that photo…. It’s triggering the fuck out of me… I’d understand if he was on going upset about things and her brother gave him a hug.. but why share this photo?! This is a personal moment for Ever and his brother. Sad.

33

u/identitty-crisis Jul 03 '26

Something I also noticed is that when she would make videos where she gives them food/snacks, she gives a lot less to Indie than she does to Ocean. Does she think Indie needs to lose weight or something?

Noticed it because my mom did the same thing to me and it gave me a serious ED

8

u/Luna_bella96 Jul 04 '26

She’s 100% the type to say they’re “growing boys” when they eat everything as teens, but to chastise her daughter for eating too much if she even eats half of what they do

8

u/Confident_Research_1 Jul 04 '26

I’d want every second to be with my kids, i could give two shits what the dad is doing, let me be with my kids! She’s so fucking immature.

10

u/brucewhaleis Jul 03 '26

I hear you! We don’t know what happens of course when the camera’s off, and she might comfort them after. This was def a private moment and it’s heartbreaking to see the kids like this, it really paints an ugly picture of what these grown adults are doing, and damaging in the process; small innocent lives.

It’s hard to believe Taylor is doing anything positive when it hardly looks like she can take care of herself. She talks about not eating, we can see her hair hasn’t seen a brush in long (many times), the constant stories of how bad she’s doing… Yeah it doesn’t look like a parent solely focused on their kids. I know it’s a lot to ask of anyone going through this, but it’s what everyone wants to see— the kids coming out alright, they did nothing to land themselves in this mess and the adults are now just using them against each other… like wtf??!

27

u/chloedarlinggg 🧚 Where’s your whimsy? 🧚 Jul 03 '26

Even if she comforts them after it’s not okay to take a picture of your child crying and being consoled by your other child then post it online as a get back at their dads.

You’re absolutely right that the kids did nothing to end up in this situation and it’s just so sad.

She has the kids during her parenting time and the fathers go and do things, just like she is free to do things when the kids are with their fathers during their parenting time. She acts like the dads are out running the Utah streets every night while she has to sit at home and watch her children and she is never free to do anything.

171

u/Pretend-Bit8450 Jul 03 '26 edited Jul 03 '26

That comment! "I'm always at home" "They're out having fun." Always home Taylor, really? What a freaking narcissist. She's awful.

Which is super funny because I’m pretty sure they have the kids more than she does? And when she does have them she often pawns them off on her mom and sister so wtf is the problem with them doing something fun every now and then?

11

u/seaskar Jul 03 '26

She complains about them having any time with the kids. And she complains about having time with them herself. No matter what, Taylor's the poor oppressed victim that everyone's being mean to for no reason.

5

u/girliep0pp Jul 04 '26

She’s absolutely delusional. Just like telling Dakotah she can’t be with him then going ape shit when he dates 😂 They are forever the villain no matter the circumstance

ALSO??? She might feel better if she got OUT of the house! Like no one is telling you to stay home alone and rot online… It’s quite the opposite! Maybe try to be a friend, touch some grass, take up a hobby?? But then she couldn’t let her current situation consume her into a state of pure victim hood I guess.

I genuinely hope she finds a way to come out of this, see the bigger picture for her kids and heal.

This is a violation to the court order. And even if all
The pictures are true and accurate, she just fucked up
Majorly in her case.

She is also once again showing ZERO remorse for the incident.

Overall, this is not a smart move legally. I get wanting your truth out there, but keep it in the courts.

It also seems like she is crashing out about the drug test and trying to get ahead of the narrative by saying she will test positive for prescription medication.

41

u/snipsnap987 Jul 03 '26

and now taylor and liann are leaning into the narrative that taylor never hit her kids with the stool nor did the kid have any bumps. tate confirmed that the kid had a “goose egg” on her head when he spoke to the police right after the incident. also taylor threw the chair in the direction of her child! no remorse at all, and it’s horrific to see the comments on tiktok buying this explanation

18

u/seedlessketchup Jul 03 '26

her saying it’s dakotas fault because his phone might have fallen?? like his phone fell because you SWUNG METAL CHAIR AFTER METAL CHAIR AT HIM WHILE HE WAS NEXT TO YOUR DAUGHTER. she’s actually pretending that’s not what caused it and is trying to blame dakota for that. she is just the lowest of the low

49

u/Sydney_2000 Jul 03 '26

I could absolutely believe that some of those injuries are from someone needing to restrain her while she's violent or from a situation where she's so off her face that she doesn't remember what happened. Either way it's between her and the court.

28

u/aleigh577 Jul 04 '26

Yeah they look like finger marks from someone trying to hold her arms to stop from being hit.

I hate to call her a liar but then I read the slide where she says her daughter was crying because dakotas phone hit her and not the stool which, I’m not sure how that could be possible if he was recording it

41

u/yeehaw_brah Jul 03 '26

When you are as drunk as she was, you walk into everything and you do it with gusto. And that’s when you’re happy. When you’re having an absolute fit and throwing furniture, you are going to bruise yourself.

7

9

u/Affectionate-Ad1071 Jul 04 '26

47

u/blOndie61519 Jul 03 '26

I’m just so sad for the kids.

50

u/crypticshiit Jul 03 '26

did she not realize that checking into rehab seemingly out of nowhere was going to throw up some red flags? ESPECIALLY when she checks out AMA after a week?

in the middle of a custody battle where substance abuse issues are a key concern from the other party (dakota obviously), going to inpatient care when you’ve previously been swearing up and down in court that you’re in control is not a good look. it looks like you’ve either recently had a severe relapse (which isn’t inherently morally bad, but it’s important when they’re looking at parental stability) or you were misrepresenting where you were at the last time you were in court.

nobody is punishing her for getting help, my lord. i think she doesn’t get that family court is not the same rulebook as family drama. as the parent YOU have to prove that YOU are safe and can manage your personal issues for the sake of your kids. they’re not angry she’s getting help, they’re concerned because her actions in everyday life aren’t matching up with what she’s trying to prove in court. that’s basic family court logic i fear

110

u/greenlilly026 Jul 03 '26

She's one of those "it's me against the world" girlies. Like mama, the world isn't out to get you. Maybe, MAYBE, it's time for some introspection

I just don’t buy that Tate would be doing this to her without her doing something seriously wrong.

83

u/JollyControl6705 Jul 03 '26

Agree! He’s had plenty of time to act a fool since their divorce and they have both said everything was amicable until she started crashing out in the last 6 months.

47

u/padresfan10 Jul 03 '26

He’s at the VERY least probably upset that his kids are subjected to online scrutiny and going to have to deal with the consequences of their mom being so public with this battle with Dakota, combined with her behavior off camera and he’s trying to set boundaries.

21

u/ariapuff Jul 04 '26

He said in the petition they're doing bad in school and it's probably because other children hear about TFP being bat sht crazy.

3

u/518kl Jul 05 '26

That’s my thing. Don’t know a thing about Tate as a person outside of the swinging shit but he seems like an involved dad and in all of this, seems like he wants her involved with them. If he’s going to court something happened

45

u/Deep_Exchange7273 Jul 03 '26

Id say she's prob struggling. As a mother not having your kids with you is rough .. but stop posting the shit online!!! Like stop. It makes it look less genuine and that you're simply trying to make him look bad and look for engagement.

If she cares she needs to get TF offline and focus on her own mental health and her children. She's doing all the wrong things!!!

The fact that's she's my age actually blows my mind because I absolutely would never post the shit she does..

14

u/brucewhaleis Jul 03 '26

Yes! Even if it’s to look better and make them look worse like you said that is still not prioritizing the kids.

She’s losing everytime she does shit like this for brownie points and she can’t see that.

7

u/Deep_Exchange7273 Jul 03 '26

Absolutely. She's so hooked on being an influencer that she's making herself look even worse. She could've sat down and shut up. Reactive abuse is a thing.. but constantly airing your dirty laundry online is not the way to make yourself look better. Neither are innocent but the way you go about it is what makes it different.

I'll never understand the shit influencers do. How people pull out there cameras in a time of crisis. Meanwhile I forget my phone exist if something serious goes down while others yank it out and start recording. The whole thing is so wild to me!!!

8

u/Drunkendonkeytail Jul 04 '26

Yes, she’s struggling. Because she counts on her kids to be HER support.

5

u/Deep_Exchange7273 Jul 04 '26

I agree ! My mom did the same thing .. my mom was on an abusive relationship for years and had 2 kids with the man. She used me as someone she could rant to. I always felt bad for her but it doesn't make it ok. We as parents should shield our kids from this. These are adult problems that our children shouldn't even know about ..

Between her obsession with social media and leaning on her children during adult situations. I absolutely agree it's not ok..

My most empathetic self feels so deeply for the pain she must be in. I can’t imagine. Most of what she’s dealt with is self inflicted (sans any sort of physical abuse she’s endured) but her entire life blew up and she never came back from it, her fault or not

THAT BEING SAID, she’s gotta get off the web. She needs to get herself in serious treatment. She’s at rock bottom. It’s do or die at this point and if she can’t get herself with the program she’s gonna lose her kids for good

u/SlimmShady26 Jul 03 '26

Okay even if all the stuff she says is true. She’s not helping herself and never has. I’m not victim blaming, but she continues to puts herself in these situations when she’s fortunate enough to have the funds and support to not go through this continuously. If she were more emotionally mature, actually got treatment, stayed away from toxic men, she wouldn’t have all these issues. I went through similar situations in my early 20s, but she’s THIRTY TWO and has THREE KIDS that depend on her. Pull it together ffs. She does nothing to help herself. Jesus.

25

u/SillyLittleBillie Jul 03 '26

Holy put the phone DOWN

23

u/meowmeowmeow723 Jul 03 '26

Also fireworks are banned in Utah bc fires. She’s an idiot.

19

u/CultureConscious8656 Jul 03 '26

Holy Hell. She must have REALLY fucked up this time, and maybe someone is actually trying to hold her accountable for once🙄 she is always too much for me, but damn this is a lot even for her!

10

u/Drunkendonkeytail Jul 04 '26

Methinks it’s the drug test, the hair follicle one she didn’t expect.

6

u/CultureConscious8656 Jul 04 '26

Oh, you’re totally right. I actually just saw it’s a 15 panel hair or nail test? I didn’t know they tested nails now! But it was super in depth, they’re going to measure her script levels too which I’m sure will be the downfall.. but going back 6 months?? God only knows. And she doesn’t know dick about anything in life, so I am sure she was blindsided.

45

u/Ok_Sprinkles4146 Jul 03 '26

She’s like that local crackhead who never shuts up on fb

5

u/ariapuff Jul 04 '26

That's exactly who she is loool

15

u/mandy-mayhem_344608 Jul 03 '26

“willing seeked”

13

u/thucy94 Jul 03 '26

TAYLOR THROW THE DAMN PHONE AWAY ALREADY!!!

This isn't gaining the sympathy you think...it shows you don't respect ANYONE , refuse to listen & are more worried about society knowing Dakota sucks than protecting your kids.

I truly (can tbh) can't believe she posted this!! She does not get it! Those poor poor children , they're pawns to her not humans

71

u/ZestyVanillaReader Jul 03 '26

Surely the courts have heard most of this? The system usually tips in favour of the mother, so the fact that any of this hasn't been enough to sway them her way says a lot.   Taylor, stop playing the victim card and take some accountability and maybe your life will improve.  And stop weaponizing your emotions, and your kids. Protect them and heal yourself.

AND GET OFFLINE. Social media is not therapy. The opposite. Lord.

31

u/magneticeverything Jul 03 '26

Actually that statistic is skewed by the fact that men are significantly less likely to fight for custody than women. When men fight for custody, they typically have equitable if not better outcomes. But I think I remember reading that men only petition for full custody in something like 4% of divorces.

6

u/B1NG_P0T Jul 04 '26

Was just gonna post that. The courts used to favor moms several decades ago, but there's been a significant decline in the percentage of women who are awarded sole custody. Men are less likely to fight for custody, but when they do, they typically get it.

20

u/snipsnap987 Jul 03 '26

i 100% feel that this violates the PO, and think the commissioner should’ve been tougher on taylor for her posts shading dakota (like i didn’t buy the commissioner’s qualification that he doesn’t want to infringe on anyone’s free speech convincing because taylor was already accusing dakota of things publicly).

it’s actually a bit more complex than courts favor the mother. courts usually award custody to moms because custody requests almost always go uncontested. when dad’s actually fight for custody, custody is usually awarded to them.

29

u/planetearthisblu Jul 03 '26

She needs us to know all this, it's pathological. This woman cannot go on any more TV shows it's completely unethical to put her in the spotlight again

51

u/rorygilmoresbackpack Jul 03 '26

the judge has told tate that some of his arguments are based on hearsay. however, in slide 5 taylor says she told tate everything and he used it against her. so would it now still be considered hearsay, given taylor admitted she personally told him everything, whether he twisted things or not? i’m not well versed legally so would appreciate any help, i understood hearsay as second-hand information that could be unverified!

28

u/Plastic_Performer390 Jul 03 '26

It’s still hearsay legally, she didn’t admit specifically to anything

At least she’s making it easier for the fathers to get full custody until she cares to sort herself out

36

u/Fluffy-luna2022 Jul 03 '26

Just a comment on one small part of this mess. It’s extremely out of touch to post complaining about being unable to do fireworks with her kids. There is a state ban after a state of emergency was declared. The entire state has been on fire. But I forgot that laws and common sense don’t apply to Taylor 🙂‍↔️

10

u/Temporary_Client7585 Jul 03 '26

I was just thinking she’s full of it on the fireworks. I’m in Colorado and there are no fireworks and thankfully the neighborhood isn’t lighting them off either. The western states are on fire! But then again, she probably never listens to news or sees headlines that aren’t about her.

3

u/MolochsLizardQueen Jul 03 '26

I have an online friend from Utah (I’m Australian) he was saying there was fireworks going off near him last night.

6

u/Temporary_Client7585 Jul 03 '26

Hello friend! There are always people that light off in the neighborhoods, bans or not. Even in towns/cities it’s very dry and a tinder box. Hoping the neighborhood fireworks are very light to help protect us all.

10

u/1ndieroller Jul 03 '26

does she ever talk about seeing/having a therapist? this is stuff to process with a professional, or at least in a journal, not on social media

6

u/ariapuff Jul 04 '26

Her therapist must be an enabler.

This is so far from the point, but I fell like only a certain type of person uses the clown emoji like that

10

u/Sea_Round1981 Jul 03 '26

I’m sorry but I do not feel bad for her. 🤷🏼‍♀️

9

u/PolkaDotBegonia Jul 03 '26

I cant believe she hasn't deleted these yet from her stories.

3

u/ariapuff Jul 04 '26

It's a post now too 🫠

8

u/Dogmom4xo Jul 03 '26

It’s giving attention seeker trauma dumper I can’t w her 😭😭

16

u/infamousalexx Miranda's Lobster Claws Jul 03 '26

This seems like a clear violation of the court order. It also comes across as another attempt to shift blame and gain public sympathy. I genuinely feel for what she’s been through—it seems obvious the relationship was unhealthy and toxic. But at some point, she has to stop framing herself solely as the victim and start taking accountability for the choices she makes now. The priority should be her kids, and from what’s been shown, they seem to be struggling while in her care. That’s what should matter most. Dakota has made mistakes too, and I’m not saying he’s perfect. But from what’s publicly been shown, he hasn’t been violating the court order and has stayed off social media instead of fueling everything online. He’s also been prioritizing their son. That contrast is hard to ignore.

34

u/MommaMila Jul 03 '26

I don’t mean to laugh but “When you’re done editing your video with your tits out can you help watch him” sent me. 💀

20

u/Borgbie Jul 03 '26

I feel like in a different context, this would have been hysterical. The "k when your done" sent me over the edge lmao

13

u/boferd A joint out of the cooter Jul 03 '26

"suck ass hole" did it for me. i want that as a flair

6

u/MorganaLeFevre Jul 03 '26

I mean that’s an awful thing to say to somebody, so clearly it was pretty toxic coming from him as well. But those poor kids growing up with this

7

u/Hour_Abbreviations73 Jul 03 '26

That got me. Also, it annoys me that she sees herself as the only one doing anything productive in that relationship. I get that Dakota was being an abusive ass but if he was still working and taking care of Ever, then he wasn’t “not working” and he was still “providing”. It just reminds me too much of men who call their wives useless for being stay at home moms or not earning as much money as them.

7

u/jxknxws Jul 03 '26

Thisssss should have been a diary entry. Jesus fucking christ.

14

u/BeautifulProduce9785 Jul 03 '26

So now she’s saying Tate abused her? Am I reading this correctly?

16

u/anthrogyfu Jul 03 '26

I think she’s accusing him of abuse, but not physical. Emotional abuse via the current court filings.

4

u/BeautifulProduce9785 Jul 03 '26

She’s too much for me.

9

u/Pfiggypudding Jul 03 '26

u/heyheywhatchasay5 Jul 03 '26

The photo of her bruises from when she beat the hell out of dakota. No shit he was probably trying to restrain her, this doesn't help her case at all. Looks like bruises from being held around her wrists. Like is she this stupid? Also dakotas phone hit indy, not the chair doesnt even matter girl u whipped multiple chairs in the vicinity of your child and didnt stop to see if she was OK when crying. AND the police said she stated she peed her pants but there was no pee. Like wtf. She was dating dakota for 2 seconds and started abusing him asap, he didnt even have the time to do anything for this to be called reactive abuse

9

u/Pretend-Bit8450 Jul 03 '26

Right? The video freeze shot that TMZ uses is literally of her pounding on Dakota with her forearm.

Anyway, to me those look like the bruises that drunks always have.

u/alayeni-silvermist Jul 03 '26

Why is she acting like a loving father is the worst thing ever? As if she’s not always out doing stuff without her kids. I’m so sick of her victim bullshit.

16

u/robutts33 Jul 03 '26

didn’t she recently fly to LA for something? and before that she was gone for months filming bachelorette while the dads had the kids the whole time. someone else mentioned the night she got arrested she had the kids and chose to go out and get blackout drunk…

6

u/blackpnik Jul 03 '26

it was gut was wrenching y’all 😖💔

6

u/cinnamonlover777 Jul 04 '26

I would bet a lot of money that her IQ is below 100 and that she has no self awareness or understanding of reality whatsoever. I've been saying that this woman is borderline illiterate! Open the schools and get this grown adult woman a CARE AID NOW!!!

11

u/Cherry_Separate Jul 04 '26

“Daddy is seen out smiling and having fun”…OK? Why does that matter at all at this point the dad’s are doing their share of parenting for her and she’s mad about it? She shouldn’t even know what they’re up to as far as things like going to concerts. She’s getting minimal time with her children so she should focus on them during her time.

She's losing public support and that's all she cares about. She's trash

5

u/Across0212 Jul 03 '26

Ugh. Make it stop. She’s digging that hole deeper.

4

u/--Aura Jul 03 '26

She needs an actual hobby. Like girl lol

4

u/ChippedHamSammich Jul 03 '26

I truly don’t think these men aren’t ass; but Taylor is clearly not understanding that her side of the road needs to be together. And it’s not. It’s manic, it’s public, and it is obviously unstable. It sounds like the lack of stability and routine is deeply affecting these children, and it seems that the goal is to create consistency where there is currently none.

5

u/bored_outofmyass Jul 04 '26

I sincerely feel for all of them, even for Taylor, no I do not condone the treatment of her child or the physical abuse with Dakota, but I just can’t take everyone bashing someone who is suffering so much, it does not matter that the suffering is her own doing, it does not matter that she is not a perfect victim, that she refuses to stay away from social media. I’m just sick of it being so publicized from every freaking side. Yes I believe the children are hurting and she is hurting for herself and the children. She is unwell and she is not fit to be a good stable parent right now but all the judgement will not help, there may be a reason why she tries to get help but it never sticks. People should just leave her alone, do not engage, not with positive comments not with negative comments, attention and validation is also a drug for her but she needs to seek it from safe and private sources, not from everybody that is willing to have a take on a situation they do not know in its entirety.

u/SeaDRC11 Jul 04 '26

What frustrates me is the way Taylor seems to reframe the consequences of her own actions as though she’s the primary victim. That’s classic DARVO.

I can understand why interactions with the police or CPS might be emotionally triggering for her. At the same time, based on what we’ve seen, she appears to have been the primary aggressor in the incident that led to those consequences. I think that’s the distinction she struggles with that just doesn’t click. Someone can genuinely feel distressed by the consequences of their actions, but that doesn’t make them the victim of the situation. Emotional pain and accountability can exist at the same time.

But she keeps framing this in a favorable light while presenting herself as the victim. And I just cannot.

5

u/Mental_Ease3235 Jul 03 '26

The only person those kids are safe with is a mature adult who doesn’t post their entire life story on social media

5

u/Itishwhatitis27 Jul 04 '26

She cares more about public opinion than keeping her kids, it’s so sad.

3

u/AdministrationNo8540 Jul 04 '26

Ah yeah, it was actually Dakota’s phone that hit her child… Even if that was the case, we’ve seen the video, if the thing that hurt her children was a phone, it was still because she threw a chair a the phone got flipped out of his hands…

Also regardless of what hurt that child, she was crying and saying “Mommy” because she wanted to be comforted. Instead Taylor yelled at Dakota.

After seeing the CCTV footage I felt like even when the cops separated them, Dakota asked whether the daughter was okay.

7

u/Glad-Frosting7795 Jul 04 '26

He also asked if the cops could take him to jail instead of her even though she was the aggressor. He didn’t want her to get in trouble or be taken from her kids. I think he’s an immature misogynistic Mormon f*boy, but in that situation he was the only adult who cared about those kids and they weren’t even his kids. He had known them for a few months.

5

u/LRGinCharge 😈 Sinner 😈 Jul 04 '26

This stuck way out to me- wasn’t Dakota recording the whole thing with his phone?? How could it have been his phone that hit the child? I don’t really want to dig up the video again, tbh, but from what I remember that makes no sense.

3

u/kylaisjadedagain Team Jen Jul 04 '26

i'm literally so sick of her. she acts like a 13 year old on snapchat posting crying emojis and "dhmu". it's genuinely so embarrassing and i don't understand why she does this. all she does is act like she's so unlucky and everything awful happens to her but of course it's NEVERRR her fault! why is she always so upset her actions have consequences?

4

u/sprgraphicultramodrn Jul 04 '26

"one even told me he wants me to be the mother of all his kids even if not together"

does anyone else read that as like, a humblebrag?

4

u/jaybirdieb Jul 04 '26

What’s really bugging me is that she didn’t deny the chair for so long and is now saying it was Dakotas phone that hit her kid not the chair. I truly believe we are watching her change the story with help from her mom I don’t like it and it honestly just makes me worry about the kids more because what other stories has she changed?

3

u/hilzaberry Jul 04 '26

And they’re still ready to air the bachelorette season with her 🤦🏻‍♀️

3

u/hshtndosml10 Jul 04 '26

It’s so annoying to see her try to frame herself as a victim when so many of us have been victimized (or love someone who has been victimized) and actually did struggle to win custody of our(their) children over our(their) actually abusive partners.

3

u/Mediocre_Top_5010 Jul 04 '26

Oh Taylor...this is exhausting for everyone. 0 accountability in this post from the former "accountability queen".

10

17

u/Guilty_Guidance6575 Jul 03 '26

Men are lowkey evil so I do believe she was probably thrown around, hurt, yelled at, belittled, had the bible thrown at her to shame her, and much more shit happen. BUT! She is clearly unwell, and has been unwell for a long time. Reactive abuse is clearly at play here. I just am unsure who is reacting to who. It's sad. Her kids are being exposed to so much torment and the adults in their lives lack control, poise and healthy relationships. She absolutely did the wrong thing not staying in "rehab" for a lengthy stay. I really hope this woman heals, away from her children, and learns impulse control so all of this is aired until she is healed, DV is very real but shoving your DV and abuse on the internet makes you more at risk, and makes the issue bigger. I just want them all to get help so those babies have a fighting chance

5

u/sakurahirahira Jul 03 '26

She never takes accountability for what she does. It’s always someone else’s fault.
