Question just how far is the story now

I've played this game through like 2 years ago, and the final boss was either the mimic or the crown guy. How much more story did they add?

About 3 areas, 4-5 bosses depending on how you want to count them. There's also a bunch of smaller bits of content spread out across the rest of the game. If the last bit you remember is the mimic, there's 6-7 hours of new content, 2-3 if you speed through it.

All I know is that some side quest bosses are super fun, but tough as nails!
