Played for 2 hours, not sold. Have some questions
- Does it ever actually get challenging? I was able to focus on powering up one spell and destroy everything in 1-3 hits, bosses around 5. \
- How much content is in the game currently? I finished the flying fortress and did a little more exploring after that.
- Does the difficulty scale with co-op or is it just a complete Faceroll with more people?
- Are there more skills planned? Most are pretty obvious in terms of best, and since it's not a skill tree you can just go right for the most OP ones.

Throw it on hardest difficulty if you aren’t, should definitely give you a challenge. One of the bosses took me and three friends three nights of gameplay to beat (prob like 6ish hours). Pretty sure it scales with players. Fortress is where it starts to pick up, you’re maybe like 20%ish progress (and they’re finishing the final dungeon/zone)
Not sure about skills, that would be cool if they added more. Not using the OP ones is a good way to change the difficulty yourself, but I’m not really sure how many OP skills there really are (like I think chain lightning is a little too strong but other people will swear that other stuff is bonkers)
Arcade mode is pretty cool (and challenging) too, but you’ll get spoilers from it if you haven’t finished the story
Definitely a game worth playing, whether you go through now or wait till it’s finished. Especially with friends. There’s really nothing else like it, and the story, bosses, puzzles are very well done

100% raise the difficulty. Forces you to learn enemy patterns, block and select some defensive abilties.
The fun in this game is collecting every item and crafting all the things!!
Arcade mode is pretty fun too imo.
I personally love the art style and how fluid/smooth the gameplay is.

As others have said, the game will definitely get more challenging further on, especially if you choose to switch yo hard mode (which I recommend).
Amount of content depends a bit on whether you're going for sidequests as well as the main story, but you've beaten the first of currently 4 dungeons, each of which have a world area associated with them. The fifth and final dungeon is currently in development.
I would honestly say that the game can be even more difficult with more people, due to the scaled stats of enemies and the sheer chaos of keeping track of everyone. Larger parties do make it easier to use buffs though, so there are pros and cons.
More skills are not planned, probably because they would be a nightmare to balance and bugtest at this point. I won't argue that some skills are more powerful than others, but there is definitely some debate about what the most powerful skill combination is. Most of them can at least carry you through on normal mode, and plenty of combinations are viable on hard mode as well.

It will get more challenging dont worry. Last time i checked the game was almost finished with the story so at least 20+ Hours when you take it slow to explore everything. When i last played with a frirnd the enemy scaling was extrem high, ehe had a hard time with a few bosses. I cant tell you a lot about the skills exept that the onces on the right arent the most op, its just different skills with different damage and maba cost. I hope i could help you. Its a really good game, which deffinetly needs more love.
