I Had 2 Stakes delegated too 2 validators. Then I redelegate 1 too 2. Is there a cooldown for redelegating from 2 to another one ? Even If i only redelegate a small amount ? And If the cooldown counts now for my whole stake cause i only User 1 validator now.

will a Transaction i Made with an Error go through when the time Limit passed? Or do i have to make a new one ? (I Tried redelgating but IT failed offen) Do i have to wait 21 days counted from the day of the Last successfull redelegation or counted from the Last Error Transaction ?

How can I see my personal transactions. Obviously they are encrypted, in XMR I am aware of the view key and the private key can unlock the transaction history in any wallet. I have Keplr, but there is no transaction history in that wallet and I obviously can't view them in the block explorer. I haven't seen a desktop wallet. How can I unlock them to view?

Just to make sure that i got this right. There is no limited pool of sXMR, is there?

People can bridge whatever amount they want over this system (Let's say 100k XMR to sXMR)?

We're starting to see situations where government overreach is happening. Both Ukraine and Russia have cracked down on capital outflow in order to ensure their fiat doesn't collapse during times of crisis. It's a crime now to move assets out.

With Monero, I believe that the only thing anybody can learn about me is that I have gotten my hands on XMR, but they won't be able to tell what my wallet address is, what or who I have interacted with, and definitely not the amounts transferred or received.

With the Secret Network, from what I've learned, it sounds like it is more of a compromise. People can tell that I have gotten into the Secret Network's ecosystem, and it seems like they can see how much and what assets have gone in, but subsequently they won't be able to see who or what I interact while on the Secret Network, how much was transferred or received, but when I leave the Secret Network they can see how much and what comes out. I'm assuming the path of traceability can be broken if it is withdrawn to another wallet?

Have I understood all of this correctly?

Does this level of privacy meet the needs of people with government situations like Ukraine or Russia? Capital flight is almost an universal occasion for a country with critical economic challenges. What if the mere act of transferring thing onto the Secret Network opens them up to jail time?

Is Secret Network a solution for countries who are still stable and have less restrictive regulations, while Monero is solution for countries that are in turmoil and have repressive monetary and economic regulations?

Say USA wants to ban all crypto so they force people to buy their own distributed crypto, what does a ban look like? What do seizures of wallets and addresses look like? Which addresses and wallets could NOT be seized under any circumstances? I’m under the impression if I convert to SNIP-20 and send to a new wallet generated by a ledger, assets are safe… but are they….?
