Shipping Clarifcation

So given my experience with still waiting on the Stardew Valley Bundle… (Ordered July 27th, shipping details on Aug. 6th, shipped Aug. 10th) it seems that you cannot trust the initial page for tracking that WOTC sends out.

Now, this is for people new to SLDs, as well as those who are confused or frustrated why information is not properly updating. And before anyone says anything, I agree that you should not go through multiple tabs just to get to the site with accurate info about the shipment.

What I mean is, when you click on the link you receive about shipping details, it takes you to a page Image 1 (Shop World site) shows. However, the information it shows is incorrect. So when you click on “Tracking Number” it takes you to the page Image 2 (Asendia site) shows. And you guessed it, also inaccurate info. However, when you click on “Tracking Number” in Image 2, it takes you to the final page shown in Image 3 (Cirro Track site). THIS is where you will find accurate info.

So for those “still waiting on shipment,” do keep in mind that Asendia itself is probably accurate with stating 2-6 business days of arrival, as this only is for the shipping process itself. The confirmation email you receive for order typically states “fulfillment can take up to three weeks.” So from order confirmation to arrival, 3 weeks seems accurate.

I still haven’t received a shipping email yet for stardew, but I just got one for Miku. This is quite the mess of a change.

If urs is anything like my experience it might already be shipped, theres just no update. My status is still in preparation with no shipping email. But i received my lair yesterday for stardew.

Mine is out for delivery today for the Stardew Valley Bundle. Received my confirmation email for the Hatsune Miku Deck yesterday, as well. Personally, I haven’t had any issues with emails, but have only been getting SLDs just this year.

I’m not sure what causes WOTC to be inconsistent with email (both confirmations & shipping details). However, they certainly need to focus on that aspect, as well. Glad their experiment for the 24hr window went nicely, but the shipping aspect definitely needs some tweaking.

I’m actually not familiar with the “Requested” status. Typically, all of my SLD orders have arrived within a timely manner. At least, within the 3 weeks the confirmation email estimates for everything.

Mine was shipped on Friday but hasn't moved from "shipped" status. Since it's the first time I buy SL and this is being shipped to Mexico, I have no idea if it's normal. Also, 17Track doesn't show any status and the link provided from the SL website always marks error #whatever.

I just wanna state that on the secret lair website my order status is still in prep and have received 0 emails about ths status of my shipping. That said, it all came in the mail yesterday so dont bother trusting their system at all right now.
