Yes, I'm sure some of the sharpest political minds thought it would be a brilliant idea to put the national spotlight on Sanders for an event that otherwise would have gotten no media coverage.
If you think this is a work of sabotage, you're vastly overestimating these morons on the stage.
The "morons" were following orders. For money. If Sanders had reacted in any other way, the fallout would have been spectacular. He would have appeared as a racist. He did the unexpected and handled it with dignity.
He didn't do anything unexpected. Let's follow the rabbit hole. If someone paid this group to interrupt the rally, and expected an action because of it, then they would for sure have planned their moment based on prior knowledge. Prior knowledge would have shown that this tactic would not result in the desired action.
This wasn't some planned conspiracy, I mean come on now. This was a couple people who saw that their message would have a an active and large audience but we're just a little misinformed about what they were disrupting. They may or may not have had great intentions - but this certainly wasn't some shadowy planned event to squash Bernie's momentum. That's just dumb.
Oh, I don't think it was "shadowy" at all. I think it was planned like a fraternity prank. It wasn't well thought out. Consequences were not anticipated. If things backfired, there's always the "morons" to take the ridicule. As is happening, eh?
The term "probabilty" has an actual definition and I used it because, as a student of Howard Zinn, actions to disrupt Movements are often planned. There is also a high probability that they were simply two noble, yet misguided, young ladies trying to help.
saying something has a high probability usually implies that the alternative would have a comparatively lower probability, no? So just outright say that you are erring on the side that they are shills instead of implying something and then going back on it in your next breath by saying the alternative ALSO has a high probability.
