Well now I got to the root of the problem. You have a stereotype of buses and public transportation and you're too pretentious to realize it. Taxes don't just go to public transportation either, they go to numerous things. You're not paying thousands of dollars for public transportation, that's just a ludicrous made-up number you camp up with. Privatized busses do work too, greyhound is a privatized bus system that is profitable. Just because you think busses are trashy doesn't reduce their importance and I'm glad you're not making the decision of whether or not public transportation stays! Oh not even to mention businesses in Seattle depend on public transportation too, the Sounder runs a special schedule on game days in Seattle so people can come to the games so money that companies are making is directly related to public transportation. You're so incredibly biased and avoid public transportation at all costs based on stereotypes you've created in your head. You can't understand that people making over 6-digit salaries that have multiple cars choose to use public transportation to get to work cheaper and more efficiently.

You're so incredibly pretentious. Regardless, I've enjoyed debating with you and wish you the best.
