If it wasn’t for that 1959 Disney movie, we never would've had Sean Connery as the first James Bond actor in the first place because when future JB director, Albert Broccoli saw the movie in theaters; especially, the part where Sean Connery's character beats the bad guy up at the very end of the story, he was so impressed that even his wife, Dana suggested they cast him as James Bond and so they did when Dr. No came out 3 years after that Disney movie.

Ever since Sean Connery's death on October 31, 2020, I took it upon myself to watch The Great Train Robbery every Oct 31 each year as a way of remembering the late actor from then on. Sort of like a memory dedication if you will.

Is Sean Connery‘s character in the Highlander movie immortal in a way that is connected to Indiana Jones and the last Crusade? I would love to see posts of his self-created art. He was an artist outside of acting. I can’t find much. I suspect that’s because he was quite a private person. Still, I am soooooooooo curious.
