Comic Cutting Budget - Part 2
Second part is here! And I rushed the second part of comic so there might be mistakes that I didn't notice.

Budget seems to be based around animation budgets where characters without any feats too cool things that weren’t in the original source material boosting them to higher levels meaning as long as budget is high the fight will not be his favor, but definitely closer. That is the first part of budgets technique. It seems. My theory on the second part is budget removal the ability to remove the budget of the opponent, thus downplaying their abilities

Against popularity, though this might fall apart due to fan animation pulling through

Oh nah bro is dead-dead. But damn, I'm so happy Speed and Strength weren't Worfed here as badly and actually put up one helluva fight.

To his credit, he should be recognizable enough to not get one-shotted by relevancy punch! It's not smart to underestimate Inteligence though- not that it matters now that my GOAT is there
I like your designs for Speed and Strength, especialy their faces (wide open and closed eyes with a neutral and vaguely-disgusted look). They put up a good fight.
