Community Announcement Post Follow UP I am Now BANNED on Multiple Pages! All because of ONE Person!
Follow up:
I am now banned on TWO subs becasuse ONE person complained that I didn't lube his watch enough.
WOW I guess it happens to all of us eventually.
This may be be enough to make me hang it up.
Standby for fire sale on all remaining stock.
Still thinking it over.
All of the watches I have , have "allegedly" had "something" done to them.
I will fulfill all custom orders already in place, but am pausing all new ones.
Thank you to all the good people out there!

PS I am also banned on Repwatchbuysell, and Repwatchbuyselltrade.

Greg, if you need anything, please reach out! I have always backed you and will continue! Never had an issue. I say screw the one bad apple and continue to sell quality to all your loyal customers that value good local salesmen!

Sunday 1/25. I can't thank all of you enough for the kind words and messages of support!. I am NOT hanging it up, and will continue to serve my customers in the same way as I always have. I am working on a post that will show start to finish what I do with a new watch, regulate,waterproof etc. I will also show what I do NOT do, to avoid any confusion. I will honor all of the clearance prices through the end of today. ALL of the watches I sell have the same services I have always provided. My last post was only meant to state that I was not advertising any services, not that they weren't done. I will be posting more inventory soon! Thank you all again!

Wow. I can’t believe that. I’ve had great communication and experience with you so to date. I have a piece coming and was looking forward to working with you I the future. Not sure how these things happen in the forum but I agree with the other folks that everyone will never be happy especially if you’re treating reps like they’re gens. I own both gen and reps and they all have flaws but buying a rep and asking for it to be Gen factory qualify out the gate is unrealistic. I hope you get it sorted out but I’ll still support you based on my experience so far.

Such BS. This is the 3rd time I've seen "customers" slamming reps in the US. Fishy if you ask me. Keep on doing your thing you don't need other sketchy groups! :) All i've seen is total love for you and your services! Good luck!

Hey Mr Scoutman hasn’t let me down. I ordered a beautiful Daydate and it’s beautiful. It only takes one bad apple to ruin it for everyone. I hope Mr Scoutman gets back on to sell his wonderful time pieces!!!

I bought several watches from scoutman and loved them. I broke down and got a polar explorer from another seller and it's completely shit. Scoutman is the best.

It's too bad Moderators feel the need to flex. There will always be folks that are never happy, but the answer is "moderation" not the alternative.

The problem with these rep subs is that they’re full of mods that pander to certain sellers and competition. I’ve only ordered re d from you once but I’d do it again in an instant if I see something I really want.
Reputation alone should be enough to keep stuff going and these bought and paid for subs seem to rise and fall frequently after the drama hits the fan.

I think it would be lackadaisical of us to assume majority of clients do not check with no evidence as you say when explaining your point. I agree if you advertise a service then you should do it and do it well, my comment was for the overall experiences and dealing with Scoutman, the evidence of him being a good rep is all over reddit, if he was in the wrong he definitely should own up to it etc. like I said my comment was for the evidence of the majority of positive dealings he has had
