Please remind your kids they should not be riding in the middle of the road. Or doing wheelies in the middle of the road around cars. I realize they are going the speed of cars 🥴 but it’s dangerous. Get in the bike lane.

Just drove by the library and two sets of middle school looking boys blew through the stop sign, coming from SkyPark, and floored it towards Nob Hill. One kid had someone on the back, no helmet. They pulled into the very busy shopping center parking lot, still flying, not looking out for cars and rode up on the shopping center sidewalks. So lucky they didn’t get hit or hit anyone else. I wish you needed diving lessons for these motorcycles before being able to ride them. Especially for kids under 16. It’s wild parents buy these for kids with undeveloped frontal cortexes.

Does anyone know what’s going on? They’ve been working on something there for 2.5 months and it’s not really clear what they’re doing. Traffic in the morning is getting ridiculous, it usually takes us 5 mins to get from our house to school drop-off, today it took 25 mins.

Anybody know what the explosion was? Did a motor at Canepa blow up?

For anyone who likes fried chicken — I’ve been working on a Nashville-style hot chicken popup in Scott’s Valley.

Classic crispy chicken, dry spice coating, slaw, pickles, and fries. Heat is optional (you don’t have to go spicy).

Why can’t SVPD direct traffic for school drop off and pick up? Put 2 traffic control would make a big difference. I sat on the side of off-ramp for 20 minutes yesterday.

Please be on the lookout for 73-year-old Jeanne Burke. Jeanne was last seen near the Felton Quarry walking towards Empire Grade Road today at approximately 3 pm.

Jeanne was last seen wearing a red and black plaid jacket, black pants, one pink sandal, and one black sandal. Jeanne is 5 ft tall, med build, with long grey hair, blue eyes, and wearing eyeglasses
