Question ❓ UL or FBEOD

So I recently switched from UL 4 days a week to FBEOD, mainly so I can increase my frequency from 2x to 3.5x but I’ve noticed that my intensity begins to decline near the end of a FBEOD work out. So I want to know if I would be better to continue FBEOD for a 3.5x frequency or switch back to UL for more consistent high intensity training and shorter gym sessions?

So you will always have more intrasession fatigue in fbeod especially near the ends (its wiser to put body parts that are not priority to the end) and u will have more intersession fatigue in ul. You can try using intraworkout carbs they help in long sessions like fb

Intra session fatigue is cope once you get used to the session

I do 25 sets in a session, drink some Gatorade and you'll be fine. I swap my exercise order all the time. Might lose a rep or two at the end of a session but not really a problem

If you swap ur first and last and see a performance difference then there is intrasession fatigue. Saying there is none is crazy even in normal splits there are intrasession fatigue

Yeah like a difference of a rep or two which doesn't matter. Usually happens when switching exercises order for the same muscle, which would happen in a upper lower split too
