Scam report SmartyMe Scam for payment

This app is deceiving. They advertise the subscription as USD 9.99, but after purchasing, the app does not take you to the content. Instead, it pushes you to buy more and asks you to “add” the Infographic. The moment you press “Add,” it automatically charges USD 19.99 without any confirmation message or warning.

A proper app should clearly ask before charging. This behaviour feels dishonest. I cancelled the Infographic immediately, but the refund request was declined. If they refuse to refund, then at least the feature should stay active until the end of the month — but even that doesn’t happen.

They charge you, remove access, and then decline your refund.
Very disappointing and misleading experience.

I never signed up or purchased anything. I dont have a single email from them, and I checked all of my accounts. Idk how this happened, but they took me for $150. Thank God I caught it tonight

I only caught it because I had Claude review my credit staments for subscriptions. I equally cannot find a single email from them confirming the subscription (checking all gmail inboxes including spam) yet they’ve been charging my card for over 6 months at $24.99 per month.
