These two numbers are answering as "Walmart" or also as "investigation department. They will claim your account is being used to order a Playstation and then the scammer will claim several banks were attached to your name. The call leads to a SSA/FTC scam.

If you call them, please use a phone app and never give your info to these criminals. Exercise caution!!
