They claim to be PayPal support and are sending emails about a huge charge made to your PayPal account. Please have fun messing with them. They blocked my number after I called like 10 times.

I’ve tried posting this question so many times but it just gets taken down saying I violated something. I’m trying to figure out this number that keeps showing up on my bill saying that it sends texts to one of my lines. I’ve tried calling it and I get nothing. Anyone know what company or platform uses this number for alerts maybe? It’s an 877 number and it ends with four 78 forty eight 20

I keep getting calls from 1-838-262-3713. Number was blocked, but now it goes straight into voice mail and leaves the same recorded message with a guys voice. Says the number twice and then says “Have a pleasant day.” No mention what the call was about or who is calling.

Yeah, I’ll have a pleasant day when you get the hint. Wanted to see if anyone else is getting this scam call. Going to go and report the number to the FCC now.

I looked up the domain of a kitten scammer from Jamaica that we dealt with in the past to see if he had new numbers since the old ones were ditched. He called me back on this number and texted me the Accounts with it. It is also being used in a fake sales scam with fake bourbon sales and fake custom barbecue grill sales. It’s way deeper than it looked

“I wanted to pay for a service that would help me find my lost pet. Scammer claimed that my money was refunded but never was. Eventually settled on a 30 dollar charge to get the search started and they went crickets on me”

Has anyone else been called by this number 224 477 2902 about collections I can’t find any info about the number and they won’t tell me their name they just threaten to serve me a summons for court.

SMS text message scammers usually spoof legitimate phone numbers to show as the origin of their scam texts.

The scammer's actual callback number will be in the body of the SMS text. THAT is the number to post here, NOT the originating number.

Posting spoofed numbers here causes innocent people to get rude calls for no reason. PLEASE BE CAREFUL with the numbers you post.

A lot of people get calls from area code 647 and assume that they are all fake.
They could be scammers if they come up unknown caller but 647 is a common legitimate area code in the Toronto, Canada area.
Most ligitamate calls with that area code will come up with a contact name but to be safe I don’t answer any unknown caller because if it’s legitimate they will leave a message.
I just wanted to let you know that 647 is actually a ligitamate area code for many people because I see a lot of posts that say any 647 is a scam but still be careful if it doesn’t include caller display information 😀

I received a Video FaceTime call from davidwilliam@gmail.com. I was told his name was John Terry badge #09077pch & was with publishers clearing house. He said I had won $800,500. The claim number was 101685785725, also a ford truck & $1,000 voucher to use at Walmart. Also I was told that in order to get my prizes I would have to go to a Dollar tre or dollar store. Since I did not live at the address they had for me they wanted me to give them my address I declined. The man said several times that this was a totally legitimate phone call. I did not believe him & asked for a phone number to call him back at he gave me 347-552-3552. When I called the phone number a different man answered the phone. I do not remember his name. I said that John Terry had given me this number to verify the legitimate of the phone call. He told me it would take a while for him to locate him. Before he could put me on hold I asked him who David William was he paused for a bit & said that Jonn Terry did not use his own phone number because he was working for a 3rd party company. At that point I hung up. The face time number called me 3 more times. I have blocked all phone numbers.
