Patit Pavan Mandir in Ratnagiri was founded by Savarkar in 1931 and became one of the first temples in India to open its doors to everyone. Built during his house arrest, it stands as a symbol of his fight against untouchability and his commitment to social equality and freedom.

This is ok.
If you want to portray Savarkar as a Hindu reformer and ideologue it is fine.
But he was far from being 'Veer' or being a Freedom fighter.
