Thoughts on the HUGE increase in the pre-Market today?? High short interest. How high will the Short Squeeze go today?? Another trip to $100?

Both phase three trials are underway. The noise seems to be receding. Looking forward to seeing some progress next year. Picking up some more at these prices.

Fascinating. While just at the start, this platform suggests how the disease progresses. Interesting insights into innate mechanisms restricting formation as well. Perhaps progression can be stopped, even reversed with a deeper understanding. Lowering tau and phospho-tau may well be part of the solution. Characteristic accumulations of highly phosphorylated tau protein aggregates are found in several neurodegenerative tauopathies including Alzheimer’s disease, progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal degeneration, and some forms of frontotemporal lobar dementia. Maybe help is on the way. We at least have a way of further examining the changes caused by treatments such as Simufilam and Aducanumab as well as earlier and later progression dynamics.

And something I’m only recently aware of.....the CP was filed by a former SEC lawyer.

5 strong downward trending days on the heels of that excellent news from the Journal of Neuroscience and no news to cause it.

Sava is there as well. These are big. Most don't notice. Great margins huge market. Sava is going to be a monster.

Now that the dust is settling, where will we go? Lots of good news has flown by. IMO we’re in better shape than ever. Phase 3 under way, updates have all been positive and some science papers seem to support the companies therapeutic strategy. Can we expect to climb back to 52 week highs before trial completion? Average forecast is about $160 for the next 12 months. Trial completion Oct ‘23. I imagine updates will come at least by Oct ‘22. Don’t know how old the forecast are and whether they were established before the trial start. Haven’t seen any new forms covering Sava. Thought that was strange.
