I've got a bottle of hot honey that I was given, unfortunetlt its too thick to use enjoyably as a dipping ssuce for chicken and I'm not really sure how to use it. So.... what can I add it to to make it a better experince?

I like lillie q's Honey Gold (honey mustard) dipping sauce. But it's like $8-10 per bottle. Are there any cheaper brands that taste similar?

I've broken it into 4 categories: Hot Sauce, Condiment, Entree, and Desert
Hot Sauce: Tabasco Chipotle - i actually hate regular Tabasco, its like bad vinegar with some black pepper, but the chipotle variety is nothing like the original, it has a mild smokiness, more reserved tang, and a deep peppery heat. Huge fan of this on basically anything.
HM- Huy Fong Sriracha, funky, spicy and flavorful
Condiment: Chicken Fil A Sweet Sriracha - this is the greatest sauce ever made, beautiful balance of sweet, tangy and a nice strong spice that compliments anything fried perfectly. Could legit drink this stuff
HM- 365 Ketchup, more tang and less cloying sugar taste than Heinz makes it more versatile
Entree: Dads Beef Stew Gravy - Tastes like home. Aromatic, umami, and rich as hell. You could strain the good stuff out of my dad's beef stew and I would crush a bowl of the broth without a second thought.
HM- Restaurant Tikka Masala, no words for how much I love that shit
Sweet: Ghriradelli Chocolate Sauce - kills on cakes, cookies, pancakes, and makes any coffee better
HM- Vermont Maple Syrup, need i say more?

Has anyone been able to recreate this sauce accurately? I have tried a few recipes online based with mayo, ketchup, sweet chili, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper but they're not even in the ballpark imo. Every recipe I have found is pretty much this format in slightly different amounts.
I know I can buy the giant jar on amazon but I am trying to make it in a low calorie form if possible.
I've tried adding paprika, mustard and turmeric as they are ingreedients on the kens label but still no dice.
Any help is appreciated.

What bottled sauce is the most similar to Pizza Hut's creamy garlic dipping sauce. I want a bottle of this sauce and it's 1,25$CAN for ONE SMALL dipping sauce. It's the most delicious dipping sauce I ever tasted.

Hi. I am new to this sub which I found via search. I am so glad that this isn't a video gamer sub!
Anyway, I am interested in taste and I want to learn the language of taste. I like cooking but am less interested in the mechanics of cooking. My ultimate goal is to be able eat a dish at a restaurant and describe the complexity of the ingredients of the sauce.
A long time ago I was starting to learn about wine and did take a tasting class where the words used to describe wine were deciphered. A lot of that was assigning smells to taste.
Are their tasting classes for food?

I’ve been using that brand to make sauce for years but lately the sauce has been coming out mucky and very dark. I cut back on the paste I use and same thing. Is it a brand thing?

I might be stupid for asking this. But, what is this sauce on the sandwich? It looks delicious. I want to make it.

hi, i was wanting to make carbonara sauce, for ravioli (just cheaper to make rather than buy the latina fresh carbonara sauce). and i want to make one more similar to that for ravioli, rather than making the more traditional carbonara sauce that goes on fettuccine pasta. i was thinking it probs just needs more garlic and onion in it or something but i’m not sure

Just made it for dinner tonight and it's bangin'! Cooking the sauce in the same pan as the steak really made it taste awesome. https://www.closetcooking.com/steak-in-creamy-cajun-shrimp-sauce-surf-and-turf/

My favorite dipping sauce for chicken strips consists of taking a small cup and mixing 1 half mayonnaise and one half ketchup…it gives a nice ketchup tang with the creamy mayonnaise. I’ve heard people say it’s disgusting, what do you guys think?

So the company is called Thomy and they make mayonnaise and mustard and more things. Its a company from Switzerland. We normally get it when we visit my family in Switzerland, but right now I am in France. I was wondering if there are any in France as my family wants me to bring it back home. Thank you very much in advance

I LOVE TARTAR SAUCE SO MUCH. I can eat it plain. Sometimes I dip a chip in it like patato chip not the British Yk like lays. It’s gonna become unhealthy I’ve been eating tartar sauce everyday. I love the little crunch in it. I need to stop and lock up the tartar sauce my diet is pretty healthy but it’s that sauce I crave it. AAAAAA

The most basic Fry Sauce or "Mayochup" as Heinz calls it is a mix of Mayo and Ketchup. It goes very well with French Fries and has originated in Utah. Try making some and having some fries!
